from doing something constistantly, to abruptly stopping really overwhelmed me. While, I'm learning my new normal its been quite difficult. I find that asmr has helped somewhat soothe some of my anxiety while other times it made my over thinking worse. I truly can't say which part of grief I'm in. I know its going to be a while. Thanks for your videos. Even though they don't help all the time.
