Keith. Keith. Keith. When you come to Seattle (eventually) you HAVE to try a Redbull Italian Soda (Belt item?). It's a stAPLE for the PNW Coffee Stands for anyone that doesn't like coffee. Redbull, and whatever flavor Italian soda your heart desires. You can mix flavors, you can get bizarre combinations, get it with Crème ( usually half and half) or without (I prefer without). It's AMAZING and I think you and a guest would really enjoy trying it.

Pilates instructor here . Sorry you had that experience, Keith. The Pilates reformer is a one size fits all apparatus. The right instructor would have geared your reformer properly for your body. I agree the Pilates socks are hilariously overpriced lmao!! Love yall so much ❤

Omg. I felt the EXACT same after watching the Dune movies. I love the story, but it was nothing but desert and sand, and just.. tan... Maybe I'm just used to the stimulating cinematography of the Marvel franchise, but Dune was really difficult for my ADHD brain palette to pay attention to..😅
