If this doesn't make you want to get up and dance I don't know what will. Another classic from a brilliant artist. This tune still great nearly thirty years on.
This is the best band Brian ever had. Saw them around when Brian was touring behind his first solo album and had dropped the rockabilly schtick. They rocked.
I absolutely love this song!! I remember listening to the LP over and over and over--all the songs are so amazing on that album. "..say a little prayer for him he lived a life you just can't win.." Thanks for posting! Brian is awesome.
A show called Rock Influences, don't remember the station that aired it. A buddy of mine plays drums on this and I had the only copy of anyone we know, so I figured I'd post it for him to see. And everyone else, this was a killer band, for sure.
I honestly don’t understand why this wasn’t a single. It seems so obvious. It would’ve got MTV rotation with a narrative video and popular airplay, so the album would’ve been received better, as it deserved.
WOW what a great song xxx

I don't know why people keep saying bad things about his hair. Personally, I love it.

My vote for Album of the Year in 1986...amazing album that holds up better than ANYTHING else from that MTV era. Rock on!
