I just got this deck, as well! I am a mycophile and am super pleased with all the beautiful mushroom depictions. I am going to pair mine with the Herbal Astrology deck... perfection...thank you for showing this combo (I don't know if I would have thought of them together!) Also, the Woodland Wardens is another perfect choice. I was pretty bummed about the card stock- the ink comes off pretty easily (I learned this through edging mine). I will have to use it carefully, I guess! Thank you for sharing your pairing and perspectives, as always ✨
Hello!! Yes, the cardboard (or stock) is very similiar to the Buddha Tarot. When I edged the Buddha Tarot, I felt like it made the card stock even worse so I've decided not to edge this deck...BUT the reading are great, the artwork and guidebook are fantastic.
The ink comes off?? Like the edging you put on it came off or the edges chipped while edging? If so, what did you edge it with?
I want this deck and planned on edging it 😬

@Project Refined Life I just got the Mushroom Spirit Oracle yesterday and I love it!!! I also got the Mushroom Spotters deck. It's very cool, more actual information on the 🍄s but also with an oracle like message added at the end. I put a review on Amazon with a couple pics to show the back of the cards 😊 Midnight Magic will be coming home with me soon as well. I'm hesitant because of the cardstock but it's soooooo pretty. Since I'm more of a collector than a reader I'll be careful with it anyways.

I was so excited to get this deck too! I took it easy on it in my video, BUT the cardstock is horrible! I really wish they printed it on quality cardstock...it would have been a hit. Great pairing : )
I have to go and watch your video. I do hope they consider a re-print at some point with better card stock.
@Project Refined Life I do as well. Could you imagine it on high-quality Casino linen?!?! I don't understand printing it if you're just going to cheap out. Her artwork is stunning and deserves better.
I had trouble concentrating with the cards laid all over the place during your pairings (neuro-visual issues here), but I found your choices very interesting to see. Really surprising.
