PSA:
the mining spread from Vein Seeker basically IS the mole perk, hence it not working while mole is disabled. and because it is the mole perk (just, like an addon), it has a cap of 9 blocks as well
so what that means is that it will add an extra four blocks broken (if you have pickaxe ability lvl 4) up until level 111, where it'll only add three blocks broken, and then at 131 will add only two blocks broken, at 151 will add one block broken, and at 171 will do nothing
171 is the regular cap for mole, unless you're mining up or down, then sometimes it'll proc the 10 blocks.
so basically unless your mole is a pretty low level you should still use pickobulus since most of the time you aren't getting a full mole proc anyways
also, scathas with the wormhole perk (epic + leg) will nerf your rates as their +2 hard stone perk will overwrite the mole perk 9/10 times. If you really want 2.5% more chests, you can use the rare scatha lol

I think the logical explenation to the powder buff perk and scatha pet +20% powder not working is because the rewards from the chests are "rewards" and you aren't really mining gemstones. I think if you were to mine gems or mithril, the perks would work.
But maybe that's bugged too, cuz hypixel.
I think double powder is bugged too since you can still get uneven amounts during the event

That's why I quit hypixel skyblock. Even with 1.7k hours on the game, I only had 500 mil networth. It was unfair. Got even sad cos realised cos that's how life works
