Where do you put your top dividers? Before or after a catagory? Especially if you are also using side dividers. I don't like my top and side dividers to touch.

Do you carry this planner with you on the go, or do you use a smaller size. If you do use a smaller size, do you duplicate what's in your half letter to your on the go planner.
Eating in calorie deficit doesn’t mean eat whatever you want! Make sure to prioritize protein. 1200 will probably be too low to maintain for very long for you.
