I love this box. Im having so much trouble letting go of my august cover tho :) i think Jane meant the folios to be for loose papers. Oh and it was last year's october box that had the chapter 10, chapter 11 and chapter 12 vellum dashboards with years :(
I just got my box yesterday and love it. I was disappointed that the folio is so narrow. I tried to put an 8-1/2 x 11 pad in it and it was too long. Just FYI since you referred to that. Maybe I can find a shorter pad that will work.
Did I miss the boat somehow…….I haven’t seen any sneaks for October and they usually have them posted by now?? Love the September box!! Thanks for sharing. 🙏🏻
I would like the inserts better if you had the option of the side being on the left or right. Instead of on just the right. Because I'm left handed. So would have to reach across the page to right there. Or they switched from left to right as you turn the page. But the dashboards are pretty.
Just got mine today and love it! This is only my second box so glad I got in on the anniversary box, it was packed. Love the magnolia theme as well. Not sure how to use the inserts, as I already have inserts I love, but I'm sure I will figure out something, nice to try them out.
@ejjoyfulplans I have this super skinny archer and olive letter sized journal, that's what I thought of as a notebook, no wide ringsband actually skinnier the the fold on the folio.

I'm debating on what layout I want for next year. I'm not seeing weekly hourly sheets anymore, which helps me visualize tasks each day. I've never used a vertical layout, so I'm curious if that could help me visualize with the simple blocks. I like the new, simple monthlies.
Agreed, I love the monthlies! Definitely try the vertical layout- that’s what’s great about discbound, throwing something different in if you want! You could definitely use the vertical as a subject style layout, or, if you need to see time blocks, look at the boxes as splitting your day into thirds (ie, label the left margin boxes with times like “6am-11am”, or, “morning”, “midday”, etc

It was a little confusing since you have to sign up so early, but I didn’t realize they curate the boxes by hand, which makes sense since I remember signing up in July for September! Now that I’m a subscriber, I definitely want October’s box, not sure how I feel about November and December yet.

Oh that’s a good thing to note, I’d recommend messaging customer service and letting them know that the right margin doesn’t work for lefties!!

I don't think it'd even fit a bound book - more like a legal pad with top binding.
