About Chase Eagleson:
Chase Eagleson is best known for his work on his CZcams channel covering popular songs in an acoustic style and performing original music. Many of these videos also feature his sister and fellow musician, Sierra Eagleson. Chase took formal guitar and drum lessons in his early teens for a couple years, but eventually continued self-teaching new instruments, singing and music production. Chase Eagleson produces most of his content, from official music releases to his CZcams videos, from his home studio he has built over the years. Heart-meltingly beautiful cover that evokes the rich dark mystery of falling in love and how it touches upon something that can seem to show forth something transformative and divine - as the lyrics you so hauntingly and touchingly sing into being in a way that rivals the original in power. You bring so much sensitive intentionality to the words as you sing. You really seem to have felt the mystery of what you are singing about. The harmonies you layer with your own voice add power and depth without somehow become overly showy or dramatic, and that subtlety or restraint through layering the harmony enhances the depth of the lyrics' power through your voice.
I've loved this song for so long, and have heard so many great covers of it. Yours however has struck a chord deep within me. There's something so beautiful about a song stripped down to guitar, vocals, and some ethereal reverb. I love the way you interpreted this song. Just.. well done!
