1. Doctor, why don’t the oncologists in SriLanka decide on chemo dosages suitable for SriLankans, so that the patients suffer less?
Why should the International Standards be followed when the physical build and stamina is varied?
2. Why should chemo be given before the surgery in many cases recently? Are we contributing to the pharmaceutical mafia at the cost of the patients? Should we make money out of patients’ misery? Why can’t surgery be done straight away like in those days???

That is because neo- adjuvant chemotherapy makes it easy to remove the cancer while it decreases the extension of the tumour or the cancer
