Some of the car battery chargers have modes like trickle mode jump start mode ,but ive had 18650s comeback to life ,i get them to 3+ and charge about 4 a time ,ive a lot of them that ive made packs for drills lights etc i know my drill is going near 2 yrs now daily used charged sometimes twice
