Not many people realizing this ADL is good in large scale with the falcon/blitz beat spamming multiple enemies paring it up with a dark priest card.. all enemies will lose SP and get destroyed by you and your teammates.. its just a matter of positioning
yeah, utility style Ranger play is so annoying with many de buff effect and fast hit. But as you know many people always think about dps and dps..
1) i can't find sigil : Heart of wing ?
2) other option if not have freya acc?
Are you play on SEA Server? If yes, you can open the Optional Sigil Box. You can find Heart of Wings in the last line, try to scroll it until end.. 😁
Lvl 95 Acc > Dark Knight Set
Lvl 105 Acc > Sigtulifa Wing + Medal Set
Lvl 115 Acc > Pendant of Chaos / New Hope
It's Yellow. Job Sigil will have same icon but different name, try to find Sniper Sigil Icon like Swiftness etc..

From my side, Sheriff's Hat still the best with 5% Dmg to Medium and Large, and extra 4% Dmg to All Races with only +12..😁
Fisherman's Hat need high Refine to get maximum potential and the Stand Still effect not to effective since Ranger need move from square to square especially on PVP. For MVP there're many MVP which can give knockback effect, so the Stand Still Effect from Fisherman's Hat will gone in no time..

you mention its not as good as meta build, if not adl whats the meta build? (im playing in a new server so i have no idea of meta)
In 3rd job we all playing skill, not AA Crit anymore because of the Ranger's Nebula Path only have 2 choices Sniping Shot and Warg.. 😁
@@niflheimjr can you elaborate cos i feel you invest too much to later swich so i Think the smart think is to prepare for end meta game. Out server is 85 atm.
