    What do you think of the new 2021 Tahoe?!? I can't wait to get one for a week - then I'll get a night video, 5 likes/dislikes, and more.

      Prime Autotainment Here are my thoughts: Yes it looks updated inside and out in my opinion. However, its taken chevy some considerable time to moderize this vehicle. So have they done enough with regard to the interior touch points/smoothness of the trans/inside & outside tech against todays competition is what I'm curious to know.

      Aubrey great points. I feel like they addressed a few of the bit concerning points like ride comfort, 3rd row and cargo space..a bigger screen but I don’t think they went above and beyond like they could have, especially for the price. Probably because They didn’t want to step on cadillacs toes. I guess we will see how the next couple of years goes! Thanks for watching my friend!

      @@eastside313yahdig.2 GM, Ford Chrysler and other car makers from all parts of the world directly employ tens of thousands of Americans. They provide good paying full time jobs with health benefits for the workers and their families. That's not even counting the millions of indirect jobs they create for dealers, mechanics, tire shops etc. So explain why you would say such a thing like "people need to not buy". If someone wants to get themselves in debt, that's their problem and their own conscious choice. Don't blame the automakers. Like the guy above said, most people buying these are successful people who can actually afford them. I can't afford one at the moment which is why I won't buy one right now. But if I decided to buy one, I would only hold myself accountable. I wouldn't be an immature cry baby and blame someone else for my decision.

    We bought the 2021 Tahoe High Country 4x2 just four months ago. We are soooo pleased with it! We love all the MANY features and comfort touches. I generally average about 19.1 mpg on mixed driving. On long trips (250 miles) over the Interstate, it gives me a very nice 21 or 22 mpg. I was disappointed at first that the automatic running boards were not available, even as a dealer-added option (no parts for them) but it turns out the stationary running boards were just fine for us. For some reason, the foot-operated badge-on-the-ground is inconsistent, choosing to light up sometimes and sometimes not. We just downsized from a fifth wheel trailer to a considerably smaller tow-behind 4300 pound trailer because of a change in what we are doing for travel. I am happy to see that other reviewers have loved the trailering capabilities. We plan to find out soon how we like the combination soon. I have to admit some apprehension with the strap on universal adaptive mirrors...yikes!!

    I am one of the few that didn't mind the column shifter and find the dash gear changer to be unusual. How does that feel? Can it be hard to use without looking since most shifters select gears all on one pivot (column shifter, center console gear lever).

    after driving MAX Expedition you are lucky enough to get a 2021 Tahoe Damn Nolan. Jealous. How weird is it being in 2021 Models? You like me Love the Upper A/C Vents in the rear seats of vehicles. You want it to hit your head and face. Makes a huge difference. Cars like My Impala has the lower center console A/C vents but they are very powerful on Max setting. I aim them up to hit up my shirt sleeve lol. We get hot too. 90 and very Humid today. Rest of the month forecasted to be more humid.

      @user-tb7rn1il3q Před 4 lety

      edawg792 It depends on the profession. Wages are up significantly in high demand fields. The S&P is up 6 times since the mid 90s. If you work an unskilled job of course your wage isn’t going to keep up. The Tahoe is marketed to the affluent and upper classes. The Tahoe is very affordable for people at the top. For an individual in the top 20% by net worth a Tahoe is much less expensive today than in the mid 90s. The middle class should not be buying new full size SUVs in my opinion. There are plenty of good vehicles that are more affordable. A base front drive Traverse starts at 30k. A base Trailblazer starts at 20k. If everyone in the US drove a full size SUV it would not be good.

    Hey, solid review. Appreciate how thorough it was. Subb'd. Really considering purchasing a Suburban Z71 by the end of the year. My only question, the controls you mentioned that are on the back of the steering wheel, are they volume up/down and next/back track controls? A Ford I had a few years ago had those controls on the steering wheel, my current truck doesn't. I miss those controls! I put my music on shuffle a decent amount of the time and next track controls are a huge deal to me lol.
