I have experienced this! From December last year I started swimming 1 hour everyday. While preparing for June 19 exam, I told my mom I will swim on alternate days. My mom told me if I do that she will give me food on alternate days 🤣 I dedicated 1 and a half hours including travel for my health and it is the best experience I’ve ever had. My hips used to pain after sitting for long hours! Now I feel energetic everyday. Kudos to Swapnil Sir for highlighting this issue. Very less ppl talk about this! Great sir!

@@shikhardahal1568 no but I had uncontrolled bp at time of routine test, protein leakage is a sign of kidney damage. No I had a very normal diet

@@shikhardahal1568 routine urine analysis can reveal protein leakage. For more details, we have 24 hour protein urine and also protein clearance ratio(PCR) better to consult a doc, before undergoing these tests
Sandeep Singh Thanks man. I’ve been having more protein Intake than ever these days in the form of 6 eggs a day plus whey protein plus creatine etc. So I was super worried that things might go wrong with my kidneys. I’ll definitely consult a doctor

On every Friday I visit a factory - TIL(Tractors India Ltd ) store
at Kharagpur for physical verification. It is perpetual inventory system in which I have to personally count each and every item and after that I have to reconcile the physically checked items with the stock as per system(Oracle)
Sir I need to climb upstairs to pick up the bins and to count each item out of that bin.
It is really physical activity which although I am doing for official purpose. But instead of that
I am not at all feeling very tired in finding time for doing crucial studies for facing CA examinations
