Dear viewers in this video you are going to understand the details about south facing house Vastu plan and in every south facing plan one has to take many cares because as per the traditional and a common man concept south facing house or flat is considered as the Last choice though it may be wrong because if the earth energy and vibrations in south facing house are very good then the house becomes very positive but the condition is that the entire house should be made as per the principles of Vastu shastra. South facing house Vastu plan has to define everything like the location of kitchen to be in Southeast and the Gas stove should be on the eastern wall and the sink should be on the ‘L’ shaped slab in the north direction. If you are going to construct the master bedroom it should be in South-west and the attached toilets can be in the middle of South or middle of west and the third location for any toilet is Northwest also. If you are willing to make the store it should be in entire south and entire west and the staircase should also be in entire south and West whereas for south facing house the staircase in Southeast is very good and by doing that you can have your house east facing and try to keep maximum load on south and West when making your staircase. Obviously the pooja place should be located in northeast and the drawing room can be in North West, North East as well as in Southeast also. take care that while sleeping your head should be in south and the second position may be east and third position is west for putting your head while sleeping. South facing house plan or south facing flat or Apartment plan are totally different if you are willing to make a plan for 2 BHK south facing house Vastu plan then you have to take all the precautions as we define in case of individual house and south facing house Vastu plan 30X40 sq. feet becomes very good Vastu plan because in that case you can have 2 bedroom set very easily. The children room should be in entire north, entire East anywhere except south east and when they study there should face in east or North only never to face in South while doing study and try to keep maximum doors and windows in entire east and north and less doors and window should be in the West direction if you are plot is open in all the sides and the least on smallest window should be located in the south direction with black films/ sheet and heavy curtains. Yes you can have heavy and thick curtains in South also so that we can protect your house from the negative vibrations which are defined in Vastu Shastra and most of the people believe in that. Dr. Anand Bhardwaj always tells to be confident that all directions are good and no direction is bad at all but you have to deal with each direction very prudently.

Hello Dr.Anand Bharadwaj Sirji, i have one question regarding south facing property, If suppose we made exact 9 padas of 33x33 sqft south facing plot and then choose 3rd and 4th pads from SE direction and made main gate there then it is not a sufficient place to enter a car inside parking area located in SE, can you please provide solution for the same...it will be helpful 🙏🏻
Yes, then make bigger gate & use the best positive part as small gate-in-gate for on-foot movement. Very easy.🙏🙏🌹🌹🌹
So considering Main Gate from SE direction the total size of S1, S2, S3, S4 pad/step will be (3.66*4) = 14.64 ft, so I need to make one bigger gate (Approx 14 ft) and i will use left side of main gate wing(7ft) as positive side for pad/step S3 and S4 for entering pedetrian and 2-wheelars and right side main gate wing(7ft) for pad/step S2 and S1 for entering 4-wheeler in the plot but next question will arise as - Main gate right side wing will become as negative wing or entrance to is there any remedy or solution for the same size ??
