Lauren, you look amazing girl! More than anything It's great to see you genuinely look happy! I love that for you! I'm still on my weight-loss journey too! I was 293 at my heaviest and last week at the doctor I weighed in at 163.3! I'm short though, only 5'2 so I've still got some more to go but it's awesome knowing I'm no longer considered morbidly obese and now just overweight! Thanks for keeping me motivated too! ❤

I would research different diets, write out meal plans and even get advice from others I knew who had success at losing weight and keeping it off. Yet I still wasn't doing anything for several years. I finally just woke up one day and decided that was the day I was going to actually take the first step and change things. I started off very slowly and it took me a while before I lost any pounds at all. The first thing I done personally was I quit drinking Mt. Dew because it literally was my go to all day, everyday! It's been hard for me too because I have certain health conditions to where I can't really do a lot of exercises. I also haven't used any weight loss supplements, drinks or anything along those lines. I've done it all by myself. No gym, no trainer, no extra money to make separate meals from my family. It's took me almost 2 years to get to where I'm at today! I'm not young either, I'll be 42 years old in 2 weeks. Yes some days are harder than others especially in the beginning. That's when you just have to take things minute by minute instead of just day by day. During my journey I've also dealt with my son having chronic kidney disease, my husband having an emergency quadruple heart bypass surgery, my husband also having both his lower legs amputated, being my husband's full-time caregiver, homeschooling my son, us losing our dream farm that we worked 17 years to get and having no working vehicle for a year! So trust me when I say if I can do it and especially while dealing with everything I just mentioned, I know you can too! I promise you, YOU CAN! ❤️ I don't have a channel on here and I don't do much social media but I do have Facebook and messenger.
