Those walkaway endings in song and dance - look simple but you have to have really good skills to pull it off. My late mentor used to end his tap routines like that. I don't have his training and I am pretty sure it wouldn't have the same gravitas if I tried it. That lady has an incredible voice and incredible stage presence - a testament to hard work if ever I saw it
you probably dont care but if you're bored like me atm you can watch all of the latest movies on InstaFlixxer. Have been watching with my girlfriend lately :)
Audra McDonald may use Streisand's arrangement but of the here and now, she is a different league from these run of the mill musical theatre 'stars' especially singing this song.
This lady is one of the greats unfortunately her rendition of this isn’t. Listen to Streisand’s original and instantly you will discover what delivering a song emotionally is all about.
Terrible she rushed the and butchered the song I don't know why people think sutton is so great I never really liked her voice, nasally and pitchy down with love is a very passionate jazzy slow building song which is what makes it great she turned it into a folksy mess
Well actually singing nasally (nasal belt) is a healthier way to belt. If you belt nasally, your vocal chords won't strain as much. If you belt full out all the time, it damages you voice in the future. That's why she sings that way. I personally think she's really good. But if you don't like her that's okay. It's your opinion. :)

Sara Franco actually down with love can be sung in very different ways, depending on the artist singing it. and since this is the style that suits her, it is probably why she chose it.

Sara Franco she has a completely different way of singing than Barbra, so it makes sense that the style of the song would be different
"No flowers, no rice, no shoes..." Cute!
That walkaway when she finishes the song... whoa... if she had a mic in her hand, she would've dropped it! Fantastic!

Does anyone have sheet music for the accompaniment of this version? I LOVE it!
Love this and love her!
Such a beautiful singing voice
I think Craig is in love with Sutton. But then again, who isn't?

Damn she's perfect.
I like Sutton and Barbra's version! You can't compare them they are totally different!
Perfect!!!!

That belt tho.
Take that moon and wrap it in cellophane. 🥰
Craig's tie matches her dress.

Ish...Audra referenced HER show catalogue which was an Awesome addition!
OMG!!! It's Milly... after the divorce. ;P
This is the Goddess all women should attempt to emulate in some small manner
Love Sutton Foster
She makes it seem so easy...
At least, Sutton is preferable to those female vocalists that dominate the airplay and sales charts.

You mean Streisand.....
Two words.... Audra McDonald....
One of the most shrill voices ever to grace a B'way stage.
Better than Barbra Streisand's version. No question!
Shes got a good voice, but she should sing something else, something modern.
Barbra did this sooooo much better, far from best singer in the world lol
i love her but her voice is so nasal gawd

This is a super bad take. Flat wrong. You have no clue what you're talking about.
Barbra does it better! Sorry, Sutton.
She is a great singer but I’m really disappointed in the version. She seems to talk most of the song. The Michael Buble version is way better.
To be honest her singing isn't all that great. Actually it just sounds really bad. It doesn't fit the song and she kinda butchered it.
