Wel done! Your camera work is excellent. I am reading a novel where a murder takes place near West Monkseaton station and I find your video gives a good impression of journeys on the train. I will be looking out any for any other videos you have posted on the Whitley Bay area. Hope you can post your ipod stuff. Much appreciated as I live in NZ after years in the North East and these videos bring back happy memories.

@youngelvisnightowls Didnt notice that. This is why I have now stopped using my camcorder on the Metro because there are a lot of camera shy people who use the system and they do not like been filmed.
I now use my ipod touch because the lens is almost invisible.

Basically Id rather be in the job centre than on a metro train. Well the metro is just as depressing as the job centre.

I have gone off the metro's lately, much prefer the likes of the London Underground. In my opinion or really it's fact! , metro is scruffy dirty and even a bit unsafe at times. Also with all the breakdowns of the trains and poor frequencies, it really lets the side down. Sad really! Considering it used to be a great system, it has the potential to be good system, it's just how it's run and some people who use it is the problem.

Aye I love the tube and with the metro I always use that checky watch to report sightings of checkys. The metro if I am honest is a job centre on rails because it is as depressing as a jobcentre.

Metro really needs new trains, and to be brought up into the 21st Century not 1980!
