Ok, I kinda need to point this out: expanding Tor to cover your screen is kinda an amateur move. The whole point of Tor not covering your screen when the application starts up is so that if your browser window size is grabbed, it won't actually be the size of your device screen, therefore helping protect your device's privacy and security.
