It's potted in a big earthen vessel. Pls suggest what to feed the plant so I can get flowers

Hello Dr. Agarwal. This request is not strictly related to this video but I have recently retired to Kalimpong, West Bengal with my wife and we are in the process of starting a vegetable garden. I am just starting to understand the sowing and planting times for this area. As you know rainfall is a concern but we are also at about 1525 m (5000 ft) elevation so our temperature is cooler by several degrees. Can you direct me to some good sources of information regarding plant hardiness as well as sowing and planting times? We will be constructing a poly tunnel after this rainy season and I would like to be prepared. Thanks.
