Surfcasting for BIG Striped Bass | Plum Island Merrimack River

Surf Fishing the Merrimack River Mouth on Plum Island. The full moon brought in a good bite and some big fish.
We were chunking mackerel in this video, using circle hooks.
Conditions consisted of rain with 15 plus mph onshore winds during high tide.
