Mahesh ji ...! Shabana ji understood that the role of Puja Malhotra was very powerful n she had golden opportunity to show her talent..if the movie was not made that would a loss of an opportunity. Still that was intelligent move to assist n help Mahesh Bhutt to complete the project which actually was a master piece. I really liked the movie. But never imagined she could be so ruthless to break another,s family for her own happiness.
She did Arth ,Ankur like stuff in early 80s...But Sridevi did even better films in Tamil when she was hardly 12 or 13 years old that too in B/w film...Sri was like water like Shabana said where she transformed herself into any character which she portrayed...She acted around 300 films as heroine in all the major languages of Indian film industry apart from her 100 films as child artist which no heroine on earth could even imagine of in their wildest dreams so what shabana said about Sridevi was absolutely correct...Sri could act like Zeenat,Nutan and like Shabana...
Is she the same lady who had ordered liquor from a local store during the covid time? She is so good and well-educated, I can't believe she would order something like that. She speaks so well, very eloquent. Not sure how people change from time to time and from situation to situation. Anyways, great interview.
It's so easy to pull a successful women down - Honey Irani is a celebrated scriptwriter in her own accord - long back in an interview she had said that Javed fell out of love ( which is not an exception) with her and she didn't want to hold him back- neither wanted to be stuck herself - doesn't that make sense ? Zoya and Farhan are sorted people and have immense respect for Shabana - that wouldn't have been possible if they had any animosity between them .
