Corrie Star Shares Her Traumatising Experience of Being Stalked | Good Morning Britain

- A man found guilty of stalking former Corrie actress Nicola Thorp will be sentenced in September. Ravinderjit Dhillon used 25 online aliases to torment the soap star and threatened to sexually abuse her in front of her parents. Nicola, who played Nicola Rubinstein on the cobbles between 2017 and 2019, sent messages saying he was her “grim reaper”. The court also heard he threatened to choke and rape her. Giving evidence, Nicola said she handed Met Police a 89-page dossier, documenting the harassment she had endured. Dhillon was convicted in April, and has been remanded in custody to appear at Isleworth Crown Court for sentencing.

She’s posted pictures of her underwear showing very intimate photos. She’s also got hundreds of photos broadcasting every aspect of her life. I mean why are people so naive. Why do they place themselves in vulnerable positions and then get surprised when they attract the wrong attention. Statistically 1 in 10 people in every society is a sociopath. Knowing that, why do you still decide to make your private life public and get shocked when you stumble upon a written apple.

@@xaviertrujillo506 I’m definitely not blaming the victim AT ALL. I think the full force of the law should be on the perpetrator and ZERO sympathy should be given to him.
But I also think people should stop being naive and give up their privacy and then be surprised when they attract psychopaths.
