Baking soda...has the word Baking in the name...you can use it in cooking, as well as cleaning the toilet. I have a box in my pantry next to my baking powder. I worry about you sometimes, dooder. Your bread looks good! Congratulations!

I spent 6 years perfecting my own banana bread recipe as well as my special pumpkin bread recipe, too. Now each winter I make hundreds of loaves for my small town and only charge the cost of ingredients and if anyone wishes to tip that's up to them but never mentioned. Anyone who wants a loaf or two but don't have the few bucks to spare, I happily offer the bread free to them. I just enjoy baking and seeing my neighbors helping one another out in the spirit of giving. We weren't created to be selfish but to lift each other up and offer respite from suffering, if and whenever possible. I ultimately discovered it's sometimes the smallest gestures that can make the biggest difference in a fellow human being's life! Be kind to one another!

Brandon's insistence on categorizing baking soda, an ingredient so common in baking that it says 'baking' in the name, as a toilet bowl cleaner just because it's multipurpose, never fails to crack me up.

Baking soda is used for baking, cleaning, and it gets rid of odor we use a lot of baking soda in our house bc we bake a lot, we use it in laundry, and to scrub burnt pots and pans

Some people link the word moist as a sexual word. I'm not sure how. My mom hated it. That was her explanation of why.
