SOLUTION- 1. The central part 0:37 needs to more bigger at least 6 cm in diameter to increase the centrifugal force. 2. The holes on the sides need to be very small. 3. Even heating

If you want to be a purist and start with granulated sugar in the cup, (vs. pouring in a pre-melted sugar solution) you're going to have to redesign this so you can place the heat source (torch) underneath the cup and heat from the bottom. Think about it. When the sugar melted inside the cup and came out of the holes, what did it meet? The blast from the torch flame, which instantly melted it into the brown sludge you ended up eating.
I tried this few years ago and it worked. I‘ve heated the sugar first in a cooking pot and than putting it in the machine while the motor is on full speed. tip: build a „heater“ in the machine so that the sugar heats like in a professional machine
very good design, easy to imitate and apply. only need to be modified a little by adding fire under the rotator. good idea. thank you for inspiring me.
If you are going to make things like this you need to make sure you have an eating element in the bottom if you look at a professional built candy floss machine then you will see the heating element in the bottom
try to put a coffee filter inside instead. that will be better. and if you wont make a pre-heated extruder, pour already melted sugar in. these two tips should help
An easier solution: instead of a cup with holes where you pour the sugar and then heat it, use a flat balanced disc and pour molten sugar while its spinning. Thrust me it works
You need to melt the sugar in a pot with a few drops of water. After the sugar is melted into a syrup then slowly pour it into the cotton candy maker. It will work. Make sure not to burn the sugar. It should be a clear liquid white. Good luck.
Just needs a few adjustments like no low speeds, a heating element on the bottom to melt the sugar, super thin drilled holes, and a way for anyone to take the bowl out to clean it. Just my opinion.
Well my opinion is that y should forget about heating it up with a lighter and use something different. First 3 🥄 of sugar and 1 🥄 of water. Mixed them up and heat them for 5 minutes until they have a color between white and brown. Then take the mixture and throw it inside the machine. And there y go
The hole for letting the melt suger to fly out is to large and if can make a small fin at the side or under the it to make wind blow up so the cotton candy u can collect it above the stove of ur cotton candy....
I have a small cotton candy machine and the holes are so small that you cant really see them, your contraption would most likely work if bought just that part
the hole you made is too big, try a needle-sized hole, and also use a heater that uses alcohol, because if it's too hot the sugar will only gather at one point
It is verry cool but you should make smaller holes maby 0.5_1mm and you can make it better if you make a elektric heater maby some hundred watts and use a slower motor 500_1500 rpm
Like Wyley cayote said Its back to the Old drawing board And back to ACME Supply store Great effort thou i think the heat should be under the sugar tray and smaller holes
Seriously.. you are making the final part really complicated.. rather than heating up from the rotation, why you don't pour some melted caramel?? But to be frank, your skills are enough for building a rocket engine
nothing wrong with your cotton candy machine only the way you traid to do cotton candy, so 1: if you use normal sugar you have to mix it 3 (sugar) : 1 (water) with water .. after that boil the mixing you mate until the sugar became brown ... and let the motor spin high speed as you put the liquid sugar little by little.. 2: you can use direct fire in case you use cotton candy sugar ... the game you have to start with high speed until the cotton candy sugar coming out of the Can, then make the spin Motor lower speed a bit
dont hole the inner part through which syrup comes out just make it with thinner metal and tear it tiny pores come and take it bigger in size it is tooo small and fix heat system downside
i tried making one not too long ago , yours was more successful then mine. but if you melt the sugar then pore it in the spinning cup probably work better or find a better away to heat it.
I've seen other tutorials were the holes were made with sewing nails, much rhinner. And heat was applied constantly with tea candles from the bottom. You can still fix it!!! and thanks for uploading a failed try. It makes us think we aren't that stupid after all. We all fail. Yours was a great try!

4 -heatbed
Ulshould have used melted sugar and water
@@nick5845 dynamo gaming 😂😂 dublicat
the diameter does not matter; as the angular velocity increases, the centrifugal forces increase
@@inflamerss If the distance is more between the object and the axis of rotation there will be more angular velocity simple basic science.
Yummy cotton candy with a taste of lighter fluid
You must heat the sugar first before putting it to the machine, thats why you failed making one.
Ya
Nice idea brother #7dayscraft

Pretty nice work, dude! 😊
It would have worked if you melted the sugar before putting there. 😊
Good idea. Try again. No problem
I think you have the best collection of 775

Might be the type of sugar maybe use cane
Dont worry. You will succeed.
Hey man . Heat the sugar oustide until it is like a fluid paste and with high speed rotation pour into it. It will work
Yess bro
very good design, easy to imitate and apply. only need to be modified a little by adding fire under the rotator. good idea. thank you for inspiring me.
Best and interesting part was eating the so called cotton candy he made
At least you gave it a go and it was fun to watch 👍
Creative Channel nice box😎👦
At least you got something to eat
congratulations, you are a genius!!
Super video,
Drill a hole next to the motor for the torch..
Don't stop/give up
Hello sir very nice xprement
Great worj.never give up dear
If you are going to make things like this you need to make sure you have an eating element in the bottom if you look at a professional built candy floss machine then you will see the heating element in the bottom
Keep trying your videos are useful
Your drill machin is Op
make sugar spinning container 5 inch higher because it needs a little bit more time to freez before touching the ground and use a spirit lamp under it
My kids will hate me with that kind of cotton candy!:(
try to put a coffee filter inside instead. that will be better. and if you wont make a pre-heated extruder, pour already melted sugar in. these two tips should help
i have challenge for you make replica of antique general eletric fan using 775 motor and oscilating mechanism and steel blades
An easier solution: instead of a cup with holes where you pour the sugar and then heat it, use a flat balanced disc and pour molten sugar while its spinning. Thrust me it works
Apply corn powder on the base and side so that sugar will not get stick

Omg he is failing for the first time :)
Gagal ya bang. Tp setidaknya sudah ada usaha . Sukses ya bang

Sugar water is preheated first and the sugar liquid will be added to it
Nice work brow
The hole for letting the melt suger to fly out is to large and if can make a small fin at the side or under the it to make wind blow up so the cotton candy u can collect it above the stove of ur cotton candy....
With homemade candymakers, you need to melt the sugar in water on a stove and then pour in the spining center for it to come out right.
I have a small cotton candy machine and the holes are so small that you cant really see them, your contraption would most likely work if bought just that part
I suggest you melt down the sugar first on a separate pan before you put it on top of you machine
the hole you made is too big, try a needle-sized hole, and also use a heater that uses alcohol, because if it's too hot the sugar will only gather at one point
Ingredients
3spoon sugar and 1spoon water boil until the sugar becomes yellow and pour it in the machine sure it will work
Thanks to try for us 👍👌😉
Make smallest holes your candy machine will work👌👌
You have everyting in you're garage.. Wow 👍
Add small hearing element to it it will be easier to use.
*heating
It doesn't matter if it fails ...? Keep the spirit alive..! Try making more use of heaters.
Make a candy maker successfully
You can use an induktin heater to heat the sugar you can get one cheap from aliexpress or make pne by your one
Plz repair drone which u find under water
Bro. try small hole for inside steel bowl . It will work. I assure. ,😉
Bro using liquid sugar then u get success
el fuego deberia estar por debajo del azucar, con ese mechero que usaste por arriba , lo que haces es quemar el azucar saludos
Very good 👍
Never give up
It is verry cool but you should make smaller holes maby 0.5_1mm and you can make it better if you make a elektric heater maby some hundred watts and use a slower motor 500_1500 rpm
You have to complete this project successfully.
So sad bro but design was awesome
You need to reduce rpm or speed of the motor, to be a perfect cotton candy
We love to work barefoot lol
Please make any flying project
Watch how water spraying drone work this is flying one czcams.com/video/5l26dxr5A0A/video.html
Thanks fly tech I have watched
Aww man,
But atleast you tried😊
You have to add the holes more up & built a heating mechanism inside the small pot............
you just need much smaller holes in cap for fibers
I suggest to put your can much higher for the sugar to spread on the sides of the bigger container. It will produce more cotton😉
Like Wyley cayote said
Its back to the Old drawing board
And back to ACME Supply store
Great effort thou i think the heat should be under the sugar tray and smaller holes

2: you can use direct fire in case you use cotton candy sugar ... the game you have to start with high speed until the cotton candy sugar coming out of the Can, then make the spin Motor lower speed a bit
Use hard melted sugar 👍👍👍👍
Put your heater under the rotating wheel that can success
Failed but nice try I like your design......
dont hole the inner part through which syrup comes out just make it with thinner metal and tear it tiny pores come and take it bigger in size it is tooo small and fix heat system downside
good job👍
It would be much easier to add a sprinkler below.
Lo importante es intentar hacer las cosas.
Un saludo desde España
i tried making one not too long ago , yours was more successful then mine. but if you melt the sugar then pore it in the spinning cup probably work better or find a better away to heat it.
Use a extra net of metel inside of rotational mug
Nice try my brother.
Apply the heat downwards direction and never use jet lighter
you can melt the sugar then try.By the way this machine is awesome .
Best try bro very nice
Aap ka machine ka mere ko bahut achha lagta hai ya system
Use metal base plate and use belt to turn the bowl, and then use small gas burner under the bowl to heat
Wow what a big candy😂😂😂
Fill it with liquid sugar or sugar sugar syrup it will definitely work
Just take the water and sugar in equal part and boil it till it become thick.
never give up
I love your all idea. U r the bast 👍👍👍👍u r like a genuine
It is best not bast
U have to put fire under the machine instead of giving it from above
You can use it with a mixture of sugar and water heated on a stove
You can use 1or 2 glow plugs under the spinning metal bowl to heat it up
Ise kehte hain khoda pahad nikla chuha wo chuha wo bhi mariyal
Its a good idea
Very good you can make this machine
I've seen other tutorials were the holes were made with sewing nails, much rhinner. And heat was applied constantly with tea candles from the bottom.
You can still fix it!!!
and thanks for uploading a failed try. It makes us think we aren't that stupid after all. We all fail. Yours was a great try!
try making the holes where the melted sugar comes out smaller
You need to put more holes in the the conteiner and also put some heat underneath it so it won't melt your sugar so much
Very unsafe use of tools specially while drilling. Rest all good.
