And to celebrate this milestone, I will be sharing with you a dream that I was able to realize just recently. Last month, I went to Madrid to do apartment hunting! It has always been my dream to own an apartment in Europe for my family. And finally, it happened! After many years of hard work, and weighing things whether I should buy or not I have decided to just take a leap and do it! On my vlog tonight I will be talking about the reasons behind the decision.

It's good to find a Filipino actress who bought something in Spain instead of the US. That makes you different from everyone else Bea. Plus Spain is a very beautiful country with a rich history and culture so it was a smart idea to buy something in Spain.

Di ko naman jinu-judge si Anderson; pero sa tipo ni Bea, na growth-oriented, a woman who doesn’t settle and gusto lagi mag-improve, hindi siya magsta-stay talaga sa isang guy na hindi sasabay sa growth niya. Nagco-compliment talaga sila ni Dom in so many ways. ☺️ Sorry po if may ma-offend po ako na fan ni Gerald Anderson, ngayon lang po ako nag-share ng thoughts ko about it. 🧡 Her relationship with Dom is talagang tama, kasi nable-bless eh. Sabi nga, if someone/something is a gift from God, God doesn’t add sorrow to it. In fact, mas nable-bless pa and nakaka-bless din ng ibang tao. 🧡 I’m so inspired sa life mo, Bea. Pinalaki mo yung psychological wallet ko, nangangarap na din ako magka-apartment sa Spain or Switzerland. 🧡

Welcome to Madrid! You are correct, mababa ang crime rate dito Pero yung mga pickpockets ang problema ng mga turista dito. Hindi naman mga español ang gumagawa nun dito kundi yung mga ibang lahi o mga Dayo lang dito sa Spain.
Other than that, very peaceful ang pamunuhay dito.You can be do whatever you want. Saka lahat dito pantay-pantay,,kasi ang batas ay applied para sa lahat magbabasura ka man o CEO ng kumpanya.

Ang galing ng mom/parents ni Bea sa pagraised sa kanya. She's so smart when it comes to finances, humble, a wife material. Kaya if sino man ang maging husband niya sana huwag mo na siyang pakawalan kasi rare gem siya kahit celebrity siya ibang iba sa most. Family oriented, mabuti sa real friends, grateful. Kaya magrerepel talaga ang usual man sa ganyang babae.
Kasi si God mismo wants ang best man for her to marry and be her lifetime partner, father of their kids, etc. You're an inspirational woman na sana mga kabataan maging guide niyo paano maging happy talaga kapag masipag ka at praktikal, family first, choose the right friends that will give you a peaceful and joyful life. Excellent choice for condo #2. I love the elegance of Carrara tiles and the veranda overlooking the Plaza! Glad that you like investing in real estate as well and in Madrid . My grandfather’s roots is from Barcelona. Parehas ang culture nila sa atin which we got from them! I love their opulence, architecture, art museums, music, and food galore!!! This is certainly one interesting episode. Spain is somehow similar to England, they divide their rooms with doors and walls to enclose the heating during winter season. This also prevents the room to smell when cooking. Most buildings are heritage or historical. The allowance on area to refurbish will be depending on the buildings historical value. In general they are premium rates due to location. This rule somehow applies to England "sobrang mahal" due to opulent history of the building/location. Congratulations Bea!
