*FYI: The motions of the owl impeller were on the 15 minute fixed timer intervals.* There is one time in this video where a bird had triggered the light sensor and the head moved to give it the STARE! 😆 At 1:36 you may notice the impeller has longer foil tape at the ends of the blades. I went up there after wrk and added those so that the blades would slap the solar panel and make some noise. 👍 Scare Pigeon #2 will be even better!
I kinda dig the music. I think you're on the right track, for if the scare pigeon merely repeats the same "scare" pattern, the pigeons will adapt to it and refuse to vacate the premises.
Thanks. Working on the second one now. It will make more slapping noise. I don't think they will ever get used to that. As long as it happens only when they set it off or the timer runs down 👍
*Scare Pigeon is legit.* Think about it. Is what you find in corn fields a "scare man" or a "scare crow"? 👍😁 The straw inside human clothing and a hat is there to scare CROWS. And they call it a "scare crow"

I think someone in the hood is putting out cat food and water for the strays. That always causes a pigeon problem in an area.
