- Cenote Ik-Kil is located at a close distance to the Mayan ruins of Chichen Itza, on the highway to Valladolid.
It is arguably one of the most beautiful cenotes of Mexico.
In order to reach the water you have to climb down 26 meters.
The water is 40 meters deep while its diameter is 60 meters.
Opening hours: 08:00 - 17:00
Admission fee: 70 MXN ($5) for adults, 35 MXN for children
Address: Hwy 180, Km 122
Restaurants: Yes, on site

Realmente amo este tipo de documentales que muestra lo hermoso que puede ser México. Incluso faltan tantos lugares bonitos por ejemplo el Cañón del Sumidero los lagos de montebello que queda en Chiapas.

Yo el año pasado fuí y realmente es algo precioso, fué uno de los tantos lugares más hermosos de México😍😍😍.
También hay un cenote el Campeche que está muy alejado pero muy hermoso e incluso hay 3 tirolesas en zig-zag y la vista es hacia el cenote, algo muy hermoso

It seems some people are not happy that you used camera inside cenote as it contaminates and affects the life of the fish and other living organisms at the bottom. Other than that, people and I personally enjoyed your video.

Please do not use things than could be lost in the bottom of the cenote. Below there is life. Avoid contamination, specially with batteries. Enjoy to live, it is not necessary filming all the time.

It's a beautiful place, but I don't like that they made it into a public pool. There's plenty of beaches to swim in around, cenotes should be protected.
the are many thousands of cenotes, only a few are open to the public, most are inside protected reserves , and a few are only for scientific study, but most cenotes are deep in the jungle and are out of practical reach
Look more information about cenotes.. .
Don't worry, the cenotes recover and clean itself thanks to the stone and plants around it, so few people visitng it is not harmful, plus we take care of garbage, liquids etc than may contaminate the water 😌
