I love that you and @DocumentedJourney both use up what you have. I try to do the same. I also love Julia Cameron; Right to Write was one of the first writing books I ever got and is encouraging to this day! I need to find The Sound Of Paper too. Great video Heather, thanks!
This was so much fun! I had one of those little Diaries with the lock - I must have been about 10 yrs old. :) Journaling for me became consistent about 20 years ago ... before that I never seemed to keep up with it!
I was so excited for this video. I saw Brie's version and it's interesting to see different viewpoints on journaling. What an interesting idea to date every time you read a book! Why didn't I think of this?
Thank u so much for sharing. I have so much that relates to what u went through especially the marriage issues. From journaling, how dark it was, how it didn’t help, how we seeked help, and how it has made our marriage so much better than it’s ever been. For me it was 2011 and we still work very hard on our marriage 😊.
Thank you so much for sharing this!! I feel like nobody really talks about the dark times and how sometimes journaling doesn’t help you. In all honesty.. I thought I was the only one.. thank you for sharing your story!! My struggle with marriage needed a space different than what was “normal” to me.
I really enjoyed the 10 questions that you have. I did a video myself. I really love to journal for memory keeping only because I like to look back on things when I’m older it’s pretty neat. I love that you’re doing this for mental health reasons and all. I love your answers. I can’t wait to keep journaling.😊
I love that you have your first journal! I am glad I found your channel through Documented Journey (which just happened to pop up in my feed) another great video! I am trying to stick to filling one journal. I do jump around. I have 2 going now. 😂 I have been debating on jumping in and answering this questions in a video as well. You have inspired me! Oh! This will probably be a weird question but where do you find decomposition books? I have never heard of those. 😬
Was just showing my little girl who is 10, your first journal to help encourage her to keep journaling. It’s so awesome to hold on to these treasures!
Girl I loved this video! Thank you so much for doing this collab with me!!!
Thank YOU for doing it with me!! ♥️

The saying " a picture is wortha thousand words" is so true. Sometimes words can not express feelings. Art can be therapeutic.
I totally agree!!!
Your first journal is adorable!
I still think so too. LOL😊
