I love how you explain each and every verse and remind us of people Paul mentions also being mentioned in other books of the Bible. I did recognize Onesimus and knew that he was Philemon’s slave but I didn’t recognize the others.
I also didn’t realize this was the only place that tells that Paul was a physician and Mark being Barnabas’ cousin. I thank you for informing us of every detail that’s easy to overlook.

I thought Luke was in Rome because he was with Paul all along. All through the shipwreck and everything.
I always thought he was Paul’s physician because I thought (not by scripture) that Paul had long lasting effects from the possible malaria he’d caught.

If Paul said greet Nymphas and the church that is in HIS house, wouldn’t that be enough to know that Nymphas was a man?

Will you record at a little higher volume, if it is not too much trouble. I heard you clearly enough in the car, however all maxed out. I am reluctantly sending this feedback quite conscious of your impact on my maturity.

I think these tapes are about 20 years old. It’s why it’s only audio instead of video. They were recorded in church services when he was pastoring the church.
