It's really nice that you guys actually take the time to develop great products. Like, as much as some of the other brands like molotow and Krink have the ability to engineer the sh*t out of something, you still end up hearing mixed reviews about those big brands; and I have consistently only ever heard GREAT things about all the ArtPrimo products. So I think that speaks to how dedicated the AP team is and how the team is actually concerned with their work and passionate about what they do. Big ups to ArtPrimo for taking the time to do it right!

My package just landed today. Had to cop 2 of them to try. Wouldn’t call myself an OG by any means but I’ve been writing for about ten years and I’m very excited to try this metal tip on a drip mop mini body. I think this will be a fun little toy to bring to the freight yard.
On a side note, GR is the man. I remember a while back when AP videos were filmed on the old camera, 14 year old me wrote him some stupid letter. And I remember he read it on one of his videos. Touched my heart. Grateful for him keeping the Seattle graffiti community alive. PNW style graffiti is one of my favorites for sure.

That's why I fucking LOVE Dr.Guts... through all that work.. this is the best Metallic that can produce Candy Metallic Colors when mixed with the right amount of Ink+Dye Stains that help fight UV Fading of the ink.
Meaning that, when I make my custom Candy Metallic Colors, Out of Grog Burner Chrome (FMP,XFP) OTR Silver Soul Tip, Molotow Chrome. . . DR.Guts is the only one that helps the ink resist fading from the Sun and reflectsa lot of light due to the Metallic flakes.
I have to share with you this 1Yr+ old spot of metallic Green to your Gram it was made with Dr.Guts and Pilot. And we all now how fast Pilot burns in the sun if the buff doesn't get it.
So because of all this information, I jumped at the chance to buy 4 of these Prototypes, And I look forward to sharing my information as well as looking forward to buy as much Refill bottles as I Could!

I've noticed I can actually get a magnet to stick to the side of the mop with the mixer ball removed so it must be different metallic partials than aluminum

I'm hoping that ball bearing is ferrous. My bottles of Dr Guts arrive Saturday and I'm hoping I can just nab the bearing with a small telescoping magnet.

Order it, Buy a 5 pack of 10mm nibs and ask for a Mop cap in your oder as you seek to use it as a regular Mop. Reply to your order confirmation Email. Someone reads those at AP.

@@louKushh You can mix it with an ink and with a regular nib it won't clog. That's how I have been using it.
I make Candy Metallics, like Candy Apple Red, not the bronze Metallic look GR has shown off.
It just takes more ink to bath the Silver particles in the ink, and put a little bit of paint for the pigments as pure Ink mixed with Silver will flow way too much.
The massive silver/mica particles in Dr. GUTS helps the ink fight the UV keeping the color for longer.
I can waste a little for you by making a video and showing you what I mean when I get home. . . .

oh how I feel your pain on the micron change on pigment size... I've been formulating my own chrome for about 6 months and I can't find a good source for really high grade microparticlulate

Mix it with a Ink. Maybe 30-40% Dr.Guts, 50% Ink of choice and 10% paint matching the ink color.
Call it * DLOW * Metallics. My favorite are Metallic Green and Candy Apple Red.

If there stainless steel ball bearings it will all depend which grade, 409, 420 2205 ect. Alot of stainless isn't magnetic, some are slightly magnetic. It all depends on the iron content. I thought about the same thing as well though so good idea brother

i think if anything it might plug the flow of the ink when writing on the ground or something but on walls you're probably fine honestly

The best one there is to try that kills all others is the U-Mark Metal Head or the Grog Clone which is the Grog Metal Head.
I suggest the Original, the U-Mark and their refills for it because anything thin and it will leak.
@@cMARVEL360 i got the u-mark metal head, it was actually kinda fucking garbage. I went out on a rainy day but tagged on a bunch of different surfaces, almost all completely dry objects. Not damp, completely dry. Tried it out in a public bathroom and a few surfaces that were shielded from the rain, it needs you to write pretty slowly, which is fine, but you also need to squeeze the bejeezus out of it. I had to hold it like I was trying to murder someone with a knife a lot of the time. Also, generally streaky and it didn't write well, and by the end of the day the neck of it came right off when i tried to remove the cap. Got an exchange for a px-30, wrote perfectly and I used it until it was out.
TL;DR: It sucked for me. Maybe I did something wrong. Advice pls.

Was it a full marker? I have ordered 4 so far. 1 I have dropped, ended up under the car and ran it over. One it somehow broke.
But the 2 I have now I noticed were not full. I have their refill so I was able to fill it.
I don't write slow, it doesn't streak, it is basically a Ballpoint BIC pen with Thick Paint.
The trick for the walls once you get half way through is to treat it like an empty ketchup bottle where you jolt the paint in this case to the tip before you write.
I had one other person say something very similar to you, but I don't know.
I also had one day I went out in the rain and hit a scooter and the paint didn't care much, it stuck and sealed.
I'll make a CZcams video showing you what I mean once I get home. . . . I am totally flabbergasted by what you said because that maker is godlike for me.

@@cMARVEL360 I'm pretty sure it was full, probably a bit more than 3 quarters full. Thanks for the high-quality response. I actually have a few pictures of the broken neck and the exact thing I had. It was in black, if that matters, and I didn't know to do the ketchup bottle jolt, so that may have had a part in it. I did shake it a lot though

So is this pen more for artistic purposes than for work purposes? I have to write on metal (carbon steel or aluminum) at work all the time.
Real question cause I don’t know much about markers or nothing I’m just starting. But couldn’t you use a uni-paint x30 for that? It might be cleaner and easier to write with for work.

Any one bringing new products to people will always have small issues from suppliers. Definitely China likes to change small things after the first shipment to try and make more money . Sometimes it’s enough to wreck the product. What do you do . Recall. That’s a business looking after it’s customers . Great to see . Your a champion GR .
