Well, there's one 1977 Gran Fury that didn't end up in a police fleet. That is a really beautiful well-kept car! The green upholstery and vinyl top go well with the white paint. The downsized GM full-size cars really put a hurt on Gran Fury, and Chrysler dropped it after 1977. The Gran Fury returned in 1980-81, but sales were even lower. In 1982, the name moved to the M-Body platform (shared with Dodge Diplomat and Chrysler Fifth Avenue) until 1989.
Kind of a rare bird as optioned. Tilt, cruise, 360 4 bbl non ELB but with AIR pump.. Interesting!

Grand Fury sales were never really that good.
Those years were nothing like the salad days of the Fifties and Sixties!
My great grandma Irma had one
Such an awesome car! Plymouth's Dodge Royal Monaco counterpart!
Are you serious? Such a heavy car, with an auto and small block? W as it meant to chase down horse and buggies?
Only thing its missing is a hood ornament. I like the Gran Furys from the 1980s and the 1977 doesn't disappoint.
🤣 Truth!

You need to reattach the air induction system to the air cleaner
Very nice :)
What no lean burn control on breather
Must’ve been a California car originally. No lean burn system.
Phone company standard issue car.
