I have two phones but I don't have any clue about how to use a program I was just tired of missing orders on my personal phone so I got a second phone strictly for driving deliveries and all that. I'm also still not getting Walmart orders so there's that I am sure that we do have several people using those programs in my one Walmart
Idk, I got my vehicle registered in Vermont but in a completely different state, having two phones or two tablets in my case can help me because I can do spark or roadie, and have my other device specifically set on my carrier company or another app to view orders

The rewards program is different from the incentives. For the rewards program if you do at least 20 deliveries in a month and have over a 4.7 customer rating you will get a free month of Walmart+ service. The only reason you aren't seeing any incentives is because your area just doesn't have any at the moment.
That is the problem with Spark Driver... 70% are Venezuelans with illegal accounts and with several accounts, they do not have their cars registered and they have no insurance!!! All delivery apps are controlled by them…

if you want to combat this. place orders with your preferred app. if anyone that is not the person in the app profile. Report them. Complaining as a driver will do nothing. Complaining as a customer, will give results.

Time to stop using delivery. Its not safe anyway because walmart is not requesting for their ID to be sure it matches. Its a safety concern for the customer. Boycott walmart delivery, boycott Tyson and all its affiliates, and the fast food joints that use their meats.
I have two phones that I split my apps between, I run Uber and Grub hub on one and Spark, DD, Lyft on the other. I use to run them all on one phone that I used for business and the other for personal use.but as time went on I found I need to split my apps. I can see where the Tag thing could be a red flag except here, I live in the Phoenix area and we have snowbirds that come down and do gig work all the time and never change there tags over. Which I don't think is right but, law enforcement doesn't do anything about it. Seem like they don't want to make any waves with the snowbirds. bottom line only way you can confirm is if you see them running the same app on both phones.

I drove spark for a while. It was convenient but just like any other job, it will end somehow. I always get fired or fall of the books. Just plan for losing the job and be ready, that way I am not dissapointed

This is where taking the low value orders may pay dividends if it means you being eligible for incentives. It's all in the algorithm - trying to motivate you 😁

Your rating is 4.0? Dude. That’s awful. Do you text the customer and follow their notes? I’ve been doing Spark for over 3 years and have never had lower than 4.7, usually I’m at 4.9-5.0. I’ve also rarely had a problem getting orders. Even though we have tons of the multiple phone/fake identity drivers in My zone. I really believe customer rating does factor into the number of orders you receive (not the quality, though.) Being new, with 200 or less orders, is a factor, too. Proximity and customer rating are the most important factors in my experience. And I never knew that about incentives. I get them nearly daily and they definitely add up. That’s really good info to know and definitely a reason to focus on my CR.

I’ve been doing Spark for over 3 years and have never had lower than 4.7, usually I’m at 4.9-5.0. I’ve also rarely had a problem getting orders. Even though we have tons of the multiple phone/fake identity drivers in My zone.
I really believe customer rating does factor into the number of orders you receive (not the quality, though.) Being new, with 200 or less orders, is a factor, too. Proximity and customer rating are the most important factors in my experience.
And I never knew that about incentives. I get them nearly daily and they definitely add up. That’s really good info to know and definitely a reason to focus on my CR.
It's up to 4.4 now. It 100% doesn't affect the offers I get.

You must be in a bigger zone. In my three experiences with an orange 4.7 I found that I was getting less offers. I’ll have to pay closer attention next time it happens.

the 4.7 is for free walmart plus, the incentives are nothing to do with customer rating
