The door I just bought came with a hood extender, and the screws were self tapping. You dont need to be a licensed contractor or have a power drill to install this. Measure the holes, and use a Phillips screwdriver and some elbow grease to get those self tapping screws in place. Take your time and figure it out, instead of coming on YT and complaining like a child who won't even try before claiming they can't do it.
Great video. Unfortunately I don’t have the tools and people around here are not “neighbors”. So I’m thinking I will probably hire someone.😖 That’s a bummer because I know how to do this but don’t have the proper tools.
Super easy to install. Only problem was I had to get different screws for the lock. Screws were to big for the slot in the locking piece.

The arrows show clockwise when the text says counterclockwise. Which is correct to raise or lower the wheels?
One of my bottom rollers is not holding the weight of the door. I tired the side screws but that didn't help. Do you sell replacement rollers??

If you can buy this screen door you can go purchase basic tools that should be in every home in america
Ugh, these things are so awful to install! Pre drilling the holes for the hood would save a lot of time and frustration.
