Hi! I'm Kinga Gorski and welcome to my channel. In this video, I go over a few more things that we will be covering in my upcoming class Yoga for Tendonitis :: Relief & Prevention (wrist, forearm, bicep, shoulder).
In addition I'll be guiding you through various poses & techniques to gently strengthen & stretch the tight muscles of the upper body.

Thanks for posting ive done yoga off and on for more than 10 years i was always able to do my behind the back hand clasp elbow over the head .Just as of this week my dominant right arm stopped reaching my left hand from around under the back? hope that's not my problem as well , turmeric and black cumin might help quite a bit with inflammation .
Thanks for checking out the channel! Absolutely a healthy diet with inflammation reducing foods is always helpful. Hot/cold therapy can also help tendonitis/other causes of inflammation, but of course resting is important too in order to heal. I hope you get some of your mobility/flexibility back soon. Stay positive. :)

Indeed it is an ongoing process as tendonitis can flare up time & time again. My goal is to add online yoga classes to my channel, over time. :-) Thanks for the support!
Hey, great video. I don't have tendonitis but I want to strengthen My tendons, can using upper body yoga exercises help with strengthening upper body/lower body tendon strength
Thanks Mark! Yoga is such a great practice. It's super low impact and helps to strengthen and tone the muscles surrounding the tendons, helping to lubricate the joins and improve overall mobility and function of the body.
