I often find myself chasing happiness, like it's something that can be "caught". But it just makes me more disconnected from the present moment. It's like a paradox where the more you chase it the less it will come
I actually think happiness can be caught. It’s just a hormonal/chemical response in the body. People only think of hormones when it’s negative but it can also be positive. Nature exposure for serotonin & endorphins for example. If you keep firing those connections and minimizing negative stimuli than eventually your brain will tilt towards happiness. Happiness is a up hill state of being so it’s harder but it can be caught. I’m super passionate about habits that induce a feeling of happiness in the body. But truly it begins with believing it’s possible for you. As the saying goes, “rather you think it’s possible or not you’re right”
@@ChaNayNayAnime You're right, you can engage in activities that give you a blissful state. But chasing emotional states is a dead end, as they are temporary. It really comes back to balance. For me, happiness also means feeling gratitude and appreciation even in "bad" emotional states, letting emotions fully flow through your body.

I've made a lot of progress but I think now is a good time to just take a break and live and be. The state I've reached really is very new to me and is worth enjoying. I think my desperation comes from knowing that things can probably always get better. But the solution to that really is just to experience and be grateful for where I already am.

Listening to their music (see: How to Disappear Completely) helped me so much in feeling sadness deeply and letting it go. Your advice on this channel has in turn helped me find peace emotionally as a man, where we naturally don’t feel emotions as women do. This has to do with our hormonal differences, although we do have the exact same spectrum of emotions. Integrating negativity is the only way for unity- something lost in translation in religious institutions. On that note, I’d love for you to read Archetypes and the Collective Unconscious by Carl Jung, as that book informed my understanding of spirituality like nothing else. I know this is all over the place, but that’s how I’m thinking atm. Thanks ❤

I was very overthinking today this and that and I tried to calm myself and remind me of positive things and now I am feeling lot better I think positivity is very important if we tried to see and find good in everything And Gratitude gives peace and satisfaction What you said is true I feel it today

In Poland, do people speak English in their everyday lives? Your English is amazing, both your pronouniation and your words of choices! I live in a country where people don't speak English but I want to be like you someday. 😊❤
Our English is quite good as we started learning it at a young age and all media we view is usually in English (I'm Croatian, but I believe other Slavic countries are also like this)

So when God reveals something (Moral or Spiritual Revelation, which is only found in Traditional Catholicism), it is valid forever, this is why Jesus Christ (the second person of the Holy Trinity) said: I am Truth, and the only way to the Father, this Truth could only be found/made known by God the Creator revealing it to us his Creatures, all questions, wants of the heart, and ultimately PEACE, is only found in The One Living God, that’s why we Creatures were made, to be tested by God, to spend eternity in his love, in Heaven, if we past that test!
