There is so much beauty about this home. Exterior defintely pops, it definitely didn't disappoint after seeing the whole tour, i really love the wooden elements & wooden Floor..i thought it was beautiful in general. I love the amount of space...i mean the space alone is large. living room, dining, bedrooms, kitchen all have an ample amount of space. Backyard definitely appealing, besides from the views, i love the plant life you see in this home.
I, for one love the elevator, i thought the black compliments the downstairs section. I also love that olive tree by the outdoor courtyard very nice & how could not mention that Movie Theather, it definitely one of the nicest movie room i've seen it really feels cozy.

This is probably the cleanest and most luxurious house I've ever seen.
Very nice home one of the nicer homes ive seen in bel air nice materials great volume of rooms the only problem i think is everything is glass and everybody can see you shower in the primary bathroom on the balkony but other than that great house and tour:)
You two are a good team. I watch Enes as well. I like you better because you don't pretend to be impressed by things that are not impressive.
I love this house. I thought somebody bought it. The primary Suite has such potential. The movie theater is insanely impressive and as a disabled person kind of... chemotherapy destroyed my knee... the elevator is a big deal. You also normally mention when a house is good for pets. This one kind of is. Kind of. Not a ton of land. But I just love this house

Love the curvature of the property. The layout could have been better. The bathroom with the corner tub is one example. Not every bathroom needs a tub if it’s going to be awkward. Just sayin.

Its not a backyard. Its a deck
It is a chunk of change but this house is just a win. Very elegant sophisticated and peaceful interior architecture, it has pretty much everything, infinity pool with view, very prime location and significant size without being ridiculous. It's at a level where it's difficult to point to a more pleasant house in all of LA.

Honestly I would have bought it if it had a longer drive - way.
Probably worth the price, but very “forgettable” next to similar properties. If your favorite part of the home is the elevator and the foyer area, then the architect/builder has not done their job given the resulting price.

the interior and the color palate is so boring, also privacy issues. Just imagine you're in a bedroom and someone is looking on you from the window, that's so creepy.
Waaaay overpriced currently. Other than the view, next to zero wow factor. Sorry, a olive tree is not a wow factor. That bar, is already outdated looking. The wellness center, was just a room with a few machines in it. Jr. Suite tub with zero view. Wine cellar, bare bones and not worthy of $26 million. Lame box for a theatre for a $26 million house. No sconces. No Drapes. No lighting. No class. No style. No fun! Some rooms were very nice others were just plain jane and boring. Far too much useless open space that will find limited use. How many places does someone need to have a conversation? Yup, a glass elevator, seemed to be the largest selling point. Sorry, this house does not add up to $26 million. Nice but not $26 million nice.
