Please I have an issue after I send the sms folder to my wamp/www folder and I run localhost/sms. Nothing happens. Please can you help me out

@@CampCodes 5.6.. wamp by default came with the latest version, i had to manually downgrade. Also had to downgrade phpmyadmin to 4.9 since 5.2 was not compatible with php 5.6
