Watching this video and thinking about being 19 and making $60 per week and spending all the money on Books, It takes time to get the Jungle. What more Streams should i add to my Portfolio. ***Here are the 7 Streams*** 1. CZcams: I have over 300 videos that pay me Story: Originally my idea was: if I have 365 videos and I make 2$ a day per video that would be $8,760 bucks ( that’s why all the videos I post are around Value) - Value Sticks Around Current Earning: $14,889.28 + 4 days missing for decemebr so lets say I make an extra + $1,200 for those days: Total of $16,089.28 2. Business: 30-37 different business that hires me ( 7 are not active) Story: Beg: One of the first business that I started when I was 19, and I wanted to put my accounting skills to work before graduating. Climax: So I went door to door on small business and offers my services and saved business money and gave them ideas to make money, some business pays me a percentage of profits because of the work I've done. Ending: Now im more focus on adding more people to the business, because right now I wear a hat in the business. How much I make: $1500 a week and $8,000 per month 3. Dividends: Started a year ago, So far according to my calculation I earn 2.35% per year, so this year I got: this year I’ve earned $127.01 Story: Beg: When I was in college I wanted to learn how to invest so I read a book and traded fun but a lot of work, like it had to be my career if I did it correctly Climax: In late 2018 I decided to just invest in ETFs using acorns and invest 500 bucks per money, That money has grown by 9% but the original 500 bucks by 20% or so Ending: I plan on investing like this for the 40-50 years How much I Make: I did the math I make around 2.35 and this year I have made $127.01 and that’s roughly $10.58 for December. ( I have a total value of $8,497.72 invested)
4. Affiliate marketing Story: Beg: This is money I make by referring you guys to stuff that I used. Climax: Funny enough I always wanted sponsorships and all that stuff but I’ve said no to roughly 95% of everyone that approaches me, its not worth if it doesn't make you guys money. Ending: but the products I do believe in, I talk about, and when you guys sign up I get paid, but so do you guys. Like acorns and sofi. So if I made money you guys made money also How much I Made: I made roughly this $6500 bucks which means you guys made $6,500 bucks also, which to me is awesome. Monthly that’s around $541.67 Ps: I’ve left thousands on the table 5. Amazon: I make money with amazon affiliates, but also with amazon products, by doing reviews. Story: Beg: people told me to make videos with products to get you guys to buy stuff I didn’t use. But again I said no Climax: So I spoke about books, and choose audible as the product for amazon. SO when you guys sign up and get 2 free bucks I get 5$ Ending: But even if you cancel you get to keep the books and I get to keep the money. Win-Win ( you save 50 bucks I make 5 bucks) How much I made: 113.47 per month 6. Tshirts/Merchandise: Beg: I wanted to get t-shirts for the channel, so it could have more of a brand you know Climax: I got inspired by this guy Nas, and maybe to inspired, but I didn’t push it, because I want to make a better version Ending: So if you want this T-shirt and hoddie, you have literally 4 days to get after 2019 over this hoodie is also over How much I made: $3.09 per month for a total 37 this year 7. Phone flipping/ Side Business: Beg: This is how I started making my first few bucks actually, by selling sneakers in schools and phones Climax: At my peak, I was selling 3-4 phones per week and making 100-150 per phone sometimes even 200 bucks Ending: Now I’ve slowed down and dedicated my time to other interest. How much I made: 300-500 per month, and its because I slowed down and only do it for personal gain. I bought two switches with 200 profit and a phone with 150 profit
I think the dividends is cool but do you put anything towards a retirement account? I'd rather fund my IRA or mutual fund account than put it toward dividends.

Mines are pretty similar minus the whole CZcams Hall of Fame part lol. I started when I was 20 and now 4 years later. 1/ Main business: flipping electronics. Basically look for undervalued stuffs on the marketplace, craigslist, and offerup to buy, clean them up, relist them nicely and sell them slightly above fair value. This is how I begin to self employed after working 9-5 in a restaurant. Note that during 3 years of doing this sometimes I met with wholesalers who continuously supplied me with merchandises in bulk at a discount. When I started I barely clear $1000/month plus got scammed a dozen times and out north of $15,000. Income: $3000-$8000/month. 2/ Businesses: I partnered with my friends and invest some money that I saved from the main business into 3 decent restaurants and coffee shops. Income: $500-$1000/week for each business. Total: $10,000/month but the Corona Virus hit hard so I havent made any money since this March. Oh well. 3/ Investing: My investment portfolio appreciates at an average rate of 9% a year, which turns into $450 a month. Plus I have a small account to day trade for $50-$100 a day when I have free time.

for those, people who got confused to how he makes this much money from youtube, well the CPM for a video like this could go up to $18/1000 views cuz it talks about finance and investment, while normal vlogs make $2 to $5/ or less /1000
Correct me if I'm wrong but at 3:35 when you break down the numbers...365 videos a year...two dollars a day equals $730 a year...not a day. So that's a $262,070 difference at the end of the year compared to your example.

Tommy I'd like to put your content to the test. I'm based in West Bend, Wisconsin. I'd like to see my real-estate be used as start-up coops for struggling would-beprenuers. We would use some of the low to no-cost start-ups to fuel other purchases. There's a mess of legal work and structuring to work through but I would love to one day see this is existence.

Hit age 30 and got a boost of motivation to do more for myself. Opened my own side hustle business as a reseller, starting small. Every day I'm learning and getting better. Less than a year and I'm in the pure profits and don't owe anyone anything. I also haven't paid myself, since I've kept my full time job, so I'm able to continue reinvesting the money into the business. Now...this side business is absolutely time consuming. It takes lots of time to source, do photos, list ship and whatever else. In other words...you only get out what you put in. I'm considering making the jump to hire someone for help, but the thought of someone relying on me for income, makes me a bit nervous to take the plunge. I've also now started considering starting a CZcams channel to start something that's a little more passive. Something you can scale easily by ones self. Now, "easily" is a relative term. I know building the channel will be anything but. However, you put in the work...you eventually see dividends. I just don't know how I'll be able to do it while continuing on with my side hustle business, which already takes up a ton of my time, outside of my normal day job.
At the end of the day it's free content and useful for some. I don't see what's the point of hating on dude or doubting him. If he IS lying that's pretty lame but idc.
That's why CVS isn't built too close to lower class areas I grew up in. I wonder if there's a business model to implement in lower class neighborhoods that are too far from the grocery store to get decent food and too close to tight knit people who don't leave the crib much unless there's bigger business in the next closest town or hurricane preparation supplies are needed.
Also the CZcams video calculation does not make any sense. 365 video getting 2 dollars per day isn't going to happen and because most people watch either the newest, oldest and most popular and it's going to take you a year to build up that cataloge.

Correct me if I'm wrong but at 3:35 when you break down the numbers...365 videos a year...two dollars a day equals $730 a year...not a day. So that's a $262,070 difference at the end of the year compared to your example.

Tommy I'd like to put your content to the test. I'm based in West Bend, Wisconsin. I'd like to see my real-estate be used as start-up coops for struggling would-beprenuers. Hit age 30 and got a boost of motivation to do more for myself. Opened my own side hustle business as a reseller, starting small. Every day I'm learning and getting better. Less than a year and I'm in the pure profits and don't owe anyone anything. I also haven't paid myself, since I've kept my full time job, so I'm able to continue reinvesting the money into the business. Now...this side business is absolutely time consuming. It takes lots of time to source, do photos, list ship and whatever else. In other words...you only get out what you put in. I'm considering making the jump to hire someone for help, but the thought of someone relying on me for income, makes me a bit nervous to take the plunge. I've also now started considering starting a CZcams channel to start something that's a little more passive. Something you can scale easily by ones self. Now, "easily" is a relative term. I know building the channel will be anything but. However, you put in the work...you eventually see dividends. I just don't know how I'll be able to do it while continuing on with my side hustle business, which already takes up a ton of my time, outside of my normal day job.
What exactly do you work on with those businesses? I was thinking of starting a bookkeeping business for small businesses.
