I think the intelligence stat was more like a guideline, just slightly exaggerated, luffy got a pretty high score for someone whoâs legit like a 3 haha

I think weâre disrespecting Marcos fruit by simply giving him a fly boy buff, itâs also a fire boy, and an instaheal fruit.. Iâd go so far as to put it at god tier as well with Law
Considering his fire doesnt actually burn I'm not sure he merits the fire boy aspect but I still agree, If not god tier he should have gotten at least a +4 for his fruit.

Most assuredly deserving of a +4 if not God Tier +5.
Definitely a god tier fruit. Imagine a strong haki user with that fruit. Their stamina and I'm guessing haki stamina too is nearly limitless. I mean it takes luffy 10 mins to replenish his haki after overuse, so imagine how long it would take him to replenish his haki with this fruit. Probably 2 mins. During marineford war Marco was all over the battlefield clashing with everyone including admirals and he was barely even tired.
His fruit is easily in the top 20 best fruits in all of One Piece.
i think its pretty safe to say mihawk has advanced observation and armament. I mean turning his blade black permanently, being called "hawk eye", and we are pretty sure he was the only one that saw shanks coming at marineford when nobody else did.

Honestly mihawk definitely has advanced armament,he has Managed to Make his Blade Black Which only one Person in history had achieved:Ryuma also he had clashed with shanks multiple times and Has been Comfirmed Stronger than shanks due to his "Worlds strongest swordsman" title
No, we donât even know if he managed to make his blade black or if it already was when he received it. Plus his title donât prove that heâs over shanks, shanks have a top 12 sword but is not just a swordsman, exactly as whitebeard which has a top12 sword, have the title of strongest man and donât have the title of strongest swordsman. We just saw that whitebeard was far over mihawk at Marine Ford so shanks should be far over mihawk as well.

I always assumed that Shanks and Mihawk are roughly on-par with one another, since they repeatedly engaged in legendary duels, the winner of said duels not being fully stated or confirmed, which leads me to think that Mihawk and Shanks mustâve fought to a stalemate.
If I were making this list, and if ties were allowed, I wouldâve said that Shanks and Mihawk are TIED for the #5 Spot, itâs just that they both have an edge in different categories. Mihawkâs the better Swordsman, but I imagine that Shanks must have the stronger Haki. Thus the two would be evenly matched.
Thatâs my interpretation, anyway. I also wouldâve given WhiteBeard an UnstoppableWill buff, instead of just IronWill, because having seen the ParamountWar and his absolutely LEGENDARY endurance and sendoff, saying that WhiteBeard only has IronWill and not Unstoppable just seems like a huge disservice to him.
And lastly, although Kaidoâs pretty friggin busted, I still think that GoldRoger and WhiteBeard would be tied for the #1 Spot, on account of them fighting to a stalemate, and factoring in narrative.

should've given law a 10 in speed. The rooms he creates now r so huge, it covers the entrie battlefield and more. It's limits are no longer a problem. In Wano, the limitation of area was never a problem for the rooms he created. He was teleporting around himself and others everywhere with ease. He has instant teleportation, meaning he should've gotten a 10 in speed just like kuma. I think his been heavily underrated here. Therefore he shouldve gotten a score of 90.

It is not yet defined properly what this Luck is in One Piece Universe but there is certainly something going on in this area with these 3 guys. I am not sure about Luffy but Zoro is definitely aware of his 'Luck' factor and uses it from time to time. For example Zoro made 'luck' a part of his plan when he took the sea train to Enies Lobby. Iâd say the reasoning GLR used is that while Queen may be booksmart he isnât street/battle smart. He may be able to crunch numbers and do math but his strategizing is lacking (i.e. him belittling big mom in the prison) and that strategizing is essential when ranking people as âpowerfulâ pirates

I've always thought it was, ever since Kaido called Zoro a conqueror. It was implied that you needed conquerors haki to put a permanent injury on Kaido but since haki bursts won't do anything to him the magic trick had to be conquerors coating.

Why does Zoro and Luffy have a higher intelligence than Queen and Doflamingo?
Zoro isnât really dumb, just stubborn and a bit dense at times. But heâs very observant and is usually (along with Sanji) the first one to notice when something is wrong. And luffy is actually a creative genius when it comes to fighting. Heâs one of the most innovative df users and tends to beat his oponentes in very interesting ways.

@@eclipse8571 Disagree on that too. Luffy and Zoro are very, very intelligent in combat, yes, but their arsenal is pretty limited to hitting thing with fist, or hitting thing with sword. And that's fine, because they don't need more than that, but compared to how Doffy uses his strings to fight, or how Queen has absolutely levelled up their ability with combat machinery, I disagree that they're smarter in combat. Once you realise that you can inflate your body to increase its power, everything that comes after is pretty natural.
Alternatively, how do you go from "make string" to flying, clones and incredible cutting power?
@@mattwayne9128 queen levelling up his ability through machinery probably ties into the x factor rating, although I would've given queen a 3 for that just because he's got his machinery and a devel fruit, which should put him above other characters such as doffy who just has a devil fruit in terms of special traits.
i think when you compare just how arrogant queen is, though, it's really difficult to rate him too highly in terms of actual combat

It's like he doesn't store any other info other than his friends and combat. But he also uses his Natura instinct a lot like when when he is asked I believe by Jimbei what his gut instinct is telling him. And when Nami mentioned he knew taking on Luci because he could sense that he was the strongest. He is tactically brilliant though especially like the Katakuri fight and figuring out his opponents weaknesses.
Would be cool to see this list updated post Gear 5. Also idk, I feel like Roger or Whitebeard could have beaten Kaido in a 1v1 if either of them had given it a serious attempt
It's weird to think that Luffy is the only character in the entire series that is confirmed to know all 3 types of haki + their advanced form, I thought he legit had a long way to go still but no, all he needs now is awakening his Devil Fruit and he becomes the character with the sharpest fighting capabilities

Whitebeard sensed Oden before he attacked the same way Roger did during their canon fight against the Whitebeard Pirates. There are even subtle pages in the Marineford Arc where you see Whitebeard probably using his Earthquake abilities to sense ships on the open sea and various things on the ground. I think Roger and Whitebeards CoO abilities are heavily underrated.

But that is just CoO, not the advanced application. Zoro and Sanji could sense multiple weak enemies during Fishman Island arc, and I'd argue that that's more difficult than sensing a strong opponent who is coming at you with all the intention of fighting and not even trying to hide it (referring to Oden).
I do think it would be cool if Whitebeard used his df to sense enemies, but I wouldn't state that he did so. I didn't interpret it that way (which could be my bad, not saying I'm right and you're wrong). I also haven't seen that confirmed or mentioned elsewhere.
Also, it is noted during Marineford how Whitebeard takes hits that he should've seen coming (Squard). Granted Whitebeard was old nowhere near his prime, so I wouldn't use Marineford as reference
Yo, I never thought about WB combining his fruit's powers with Observation Haki, but if Enel did it, it makes total sense.
@@jablue4329 I think it's worth noting though that Enel is a logia df user, while Whitebeard's df is a paramecia type. And what I mean by that is that Whitebeard creates earthquakes, but he isn't made of said earthquakes, so idk if he can feel whatever the earthquakes hit. I imagine it like him shooting bullets, out of a gun. He would hit targets but wouldn't feel any impact, while I imagine logia users to be using more like swords, where their elements are more like an extension or their bodies and can definitely feel when they come into contact with something. However that's just me and how I think it works, but I definitely could be wrong

Ace does have observation haki tho. He showed it in albasta when he sensed âan animal and two peopleâ. And it was a man and luffy riding some type of horse. And armament he does I think it was when he fought someone at sabaody in some novel (I think). I feel like ace was really strong and I think he fought Yamato aswell before they became friends.

I would say 8 for strength, 8.5 for intelligence, 9 for speed, 5 for haki and an extra 2 due to his x factor being flight
Right now i think Sanji vs jinebi is close enough where you could make a good enough argument to put one over the other. Id personally pick sanji high difficulty, but it is really close.
Once sanji beats queen, sanji > jinbei will be pretty indisputable.
(I also think he realized how terrible the vergo > sanji and jinbei take was. So thats why virgo is correctly not here)

5 months late but I know Kuzan is probablly undercover ,however he for sure would be a lot higher than a lot of these guys and he is technically a pirate right now. A few points would be shifted around but the placements are fairly good. Awesome video

Sanji probably lost out in Haki which has never been shown to be very strong. He got overpowered by a throwaway Joker pawn while Jimbei tanked a hit from an attack that took part of Whitebeard's face off and made a hole through Ace.
Also GLR doe's not make assumptions, we have no proof Mihawk has either of those even if it is very likely he does.

@@TehWhiteTiger observation haki was shown to be top tier, KATAKURI saw the futur where he would dodge the bullet but not the bean from him, so he shot his bean, and STILL our boy dodged it and Katakuri was surprise and said to big mom "even i can't predict anymore what's gonna happen" because katakuri can't use his futur sight when he is stressed out remember against luffy ... so sanji straight up scared him with that dodge... oda keeps consistently show us the extent of his observation to the point that i'm not gonna be surprised if we learn that he already had somewhat of a futur sight lesser than katakuri and luffy... And intelligence sanji is over zoro easily not even a debate. Grandline review loves to shit on sanji when it comes to fighting but oda will keep proving him wrong like he did recently with "the wings of the king " thing or what will soon come.

Blackbeard is almost like a character that breaks the 4th wall, heâs aware that fate (in other words, Oda) will make him survive because he serves a purpose in the world, so he does whatever he wants without needing to seriously fear for his life because he knows that he wonât die, at least until he does whatever it is that fate wants him to do.

Beautiful video. I like power scaling videos the most. I have many suggestions for the way you scaled some characters but for the sake of time, I'll concentrate only on Luffy.
Luffy should have a:
9.5 in power(katakuri has 8 on this area. Luffy can take more hits than katakuri and their fight is proof of this. Another proof is that luffy took katakuris strongest attack twice before passing out while katakuri passed out after receiving one king cobra. Luffy can also hit harder than katakuri and their fight is still proof of this. Another proof is that Katakuris strongest attack created a crater the size of a tall building. Luffys strongest attack in dressrosa split a large area of the island. These evidences proof that luffy should be atleast two points ahead of katakuri in power but since I can't say Luffy has equal power with kaido, 9.5 seems accurate)
10 in speed(he is obviously faster than Kuma and can also move so fast it seems like he is teleporting. The hell Luffy is like the fastest character in the series right now, contending only with kizaru)
His brain power and haki are okay.
Luffy has 3 for unstoppable will but Luffy has a devil fruit which is always active and gives him an easy advantage against blunt force so that should earn him a "rubber boy" point. Also, Luffy can fly in gear 4 but since gear four has a time limit, instead of 2 points for "flyboy" he gets 1. This makes a total of 5 points for luffys X Factor.
Hence Luffy will have a 105 on 100. This might seem absurd at first but it actually makes sense. Luffy is soon to defeat kaido who is at a 101.25 and I don't think Luffy is going to change for that to happen. I mean Luffy can defeat kaido as he is because the stats show that he is stronger than kaido. The fight will still be tough but the stronger one will win. After the fight, Luffy will only get stronger, earning a 10 in strength and an 8 in intelligence due to knew wisdom which he will acquire after such an intense battle. Luffy would probably have an awakening which will be like a 7/5 for X Factor. He is going to get so broken.

Kuma is a beast. I've always said he's ridiculously underrated. He can pretty much 1-tap anyone and teleport.
Also insane defence. He's able to repel anything with his palm. He'd be unbeatable with Katakuri's level of o observation haki.

Really hope that theory about someone in Strawhat crew acquiring Kuma's fruit if he were to die turns out to come true, given how it cleanly fits in the Devil Fruit number theming the crew has going on.

Mihawk has god-tier armament for one reason. He has a black blade (yoru). He has not only a supreme-grade blade, but a black blade, doing so prior only by *SWORD GOD* shimotsuki ryuma.
