A closer look into the FAMLI Act and who can opt-out

Starting next year, Colorado employers will begin deducting money from their employee's paychecks as part of our state's new family and medical leave insurance program. Participation in the program is mandatory, but news 5's Andy Koen has learned some large employers are able to opt-out. He joins us in the studio with an in-depth look.

So we are going to take your money because it's better for you and we will spend your money how we want.....you may or may not get an actual benefit and Im sure there are more hurdles and people will just lose more money and not get paid when they feel they need it.
