[Lenovo g580] This video will teach you how to unlock secret debug bios and secret bios menu to unlock various hidden options.
History :
I purchased this laptop in 2014 and using it till now 2021.
In this whole period of time i accidentally entered in secret bios setup just 2 times.I was searching and looking for information on internet how to unlock it but was not able to find any thing. After a long search and hit and trial method i was able to unlock these option. So i am presenting this information to public so it might help g580 owners to unlock their laptops up-to their full potential.

Remove ram , and cmos battery also laptop battery , it should reset settings , you can add them back later . Flashing bios is alternative option too.

Cannot get into bios after this key combo. How could it be? Only with bios button, but that shows the normal BIOS.
Update: when I take off hdd and press power button, it goes into a power cycle. I can see in your video, there is a boot option like Intel power cycle, maybe it saved on that option? How could I reset the whole BIOS? Tried to remove cmos battery. Someone has the original BIOS version?...
And the main point: can you turn on EIST function in hidden bios?

Never heard such complaint before, try removing battery for 5 min then attach again and start laptop. If still don't work remove cmos battery and then attach after few min and try again.

there are 2 types of boot options UEFI and Legacy boot are you talking about them?
You dont convert them you enable them and then install windows or your other
os.
