Almost all companies petrol will be same. Esser and Shell distribute petrol diesel manufactured by Public sector refineries only. The difference is dealer only. Unless we take from Company controlled Pump Stations of each company it is difficult to assess the accurate mileage.

1st one Indian oil also comparison to other companies results should be same or slightly different but when you pouring petrol for 1st test you empty completely tank and chowk I mean carburettor, but don't do for others that's why that huge difference come and if you want to check accurate results every single ml is important, thanks for your efforts, please try with proper equipment like mileage testing can with perfect measures, from 0 to 0 or chowk to chowk thanks again for video.

Your experiment is good.
However, note the following:
All the tests to be done under similar road Conditions. Generally the petrol consumption tests will be done on Test strips by the companies.
All the samples should be taken should be of same grade.
Normal or extra power. You should not compare normal with Power.
The cost of Power will be Rs. 2-5 more than Normal Petrol.
Try Indian oil in any condition and see the results

How did you collect? All companies don't have refineries in all places and oil companies have understanding to take oil from nearby terminals. BP station need not have oil from a BP refinery and Indian Oil station need not have oil from Indian oil refinery.
