I do love our food but Indian food seems to be full of fresh (living foods that didn’t come from across an ocean) seasoning flavors, inventive sauces and combinations of spicy, crunchy, sweet, etc. And, many of their dishes are pretty hearty! America is great in some ways but when it comes to food freshness and natural potency of flavor, it’s a gamble every time. Not only do we not know where our food comes from, but the recent E-Coli outbreak showed how poorly organized America’s food tracking system really is. Or, our government has a great time forcing people to settle for iceberg lettuce once a year. I love the guy who does these videos. I want to jump through the camera almost every time I watch him cook. His food always looks absolutely delicious and he even picks it from his garden on camera, so you see everything, from the earth to the plate! Fuckin Yumm!

I have tried many of these street foods in Delhi. They are miles ahead of restaurant food at much cheaper rates. Delhi is paradise for street food.
