Hi, if your phone is still under warranty and apple is not asking for ridiculous money to replace it. I’d suggest you have it replaced. If it is not and apple asking for over a few hundred quids then your best bet is to take it to a technician who knows his stuff and have it repaired. It’s an issue with the logic board. 220 degrees to separate and Join the motherboard. And 375 degrees to remove and replace the chip. It can however differ for different models of rework stations.

Had the same issue. Short on bbcpu line. Removed baseband cpu short cleared. Bbcpu was internally short. 😆
