I was not expecting a cartoon about an alcoholic horse to be one of the best shows I've ever seen
true dat
Ou yeah!
You come by it honestly kid...the ugliness
I know, right?
I had a breakdown thanks to that show so... Yeah fml
Whoever writes bojack horseman is a genius.
+Austyn Marks (BoriumsWorld) True dat.
New season this spring
+Matthew Brewer *summer
+Austyn Marks (BoriumsWorld) Here here
+Austyn Marks (BoriumsWorld) And balls. Some of the subjects he/she touches is pretty grey.
"Same thing that always happens. You didn't know me. Then you fall in love with me. And now you know me." Bojack.
i love that line
Then, am I wrong waiting for that special person, who understands me?
You know, it's funny; when you look at someone through rose-colored glasses, all the red flags just look like flags.
always.
"When's the last time you were actually Happy?"
the saddest part for me in Bojack is when Todd is waiting for BJ to come to his shenanigags graduation
reserved for bojack-in case he comes from this side
But improv is a cult (This comment is not about Scientology).
Aw fish it was a cult
It broke my heart.
@Mr Cave And yet he also did have a human dimension, providing one of the best portrayals of asexuality on TV.
"That's the problem with wearing rose colored glasses. They make all the red flags just look like flags." -Wanda.
+Jonathan Middleton True dat.
+Jonathan Middleton well put sir. The amount of depth and honesty in that show is absolutely amazing and especially considering that you are not expecting it.
yeah that could be the best just wondering wat was the depth
#WandaDeservedBetter
falang78
You should really finish it. Season 3 is crazy.
This is the most popular song in Hollywoo right now
_You didn't know me. You fell in love. Now you know me_.
+Clark Kent dat quote
Clark kent
Same thing that always happens
You know, it's funny: when you look at someone with rose-colored glasses, all the red flags just look like flags.
Clark Kent that's my life in a nutshell, it could even be a catch phrase of mine
Not only is Bojack a great show - but I discover great music I wouldn't have heard otherwise !
backyardmech ikr
Me too :)
true dat :)
Where I find most of the good songs
Damn right
"Every day it gets a little easier. But you gotta do it every day. That's the hard part, but it does get easier."
ohhhh god
"Okay."
Nah thats a lie. Nothing gets "easier". You just get used to it.
Catcher and its getting easier Because you get used to do it
I live by this now. it really helped me be better
"I really wanted you to like me, Diane." "I know."
wrong song
Definitely Not Dingse!
I know, thanks for the reminder.
This broke me
When's the last time you were actually happy? This simple question just got me. To whoever cried here at this episode, we're both Bojack Horseman.
The whole show is so damn relatable it's scary.
+shadowmonger21 so damn relatable that it's depressing*
He's having life crisis at 50 and I'm having at 26. No direction in life.
:'(
I cried like a baby. A drunk and melancholic one.
Back in the 90s, I was in a very famous TeeeeeeeeeeeV show...
"Todd, clean your shit up."
"PICK UP YOUR SHIT TODD"
"SHUT UP TODD"
HOORAY, A BOJACK REFRENCE!
hooray! question mark?
Shut up Todd!
To me, BoJack Horseman may be one of the most culturally relevant shows for the lost. I identify with BoJack's angst, the hopeless drive to find acceptance and happiness... the tightly bottled rage at a backwards society too focused on the trivial and mundane.
+Michael Jones you like Cowboy Bebop AND BJH? You're officially one of the coolest guys on the interweb.
+kawaiiafangirl I don't know what else to say but thank you.
Not that Bojack can't be tangled up in that artificial lifestyle that is celebrity culture, but overall yeah I agree. Ironically it's more about the human experience, rather than a satirical look at Hollywood. While it is a satire of celebrity culture, and does some pretty good jabs at it.
Ryan Ce crest Type: Are you at all worried that audiences will grow bored and abandon you for the next sexy thing?
While quotes like this stick out the most.
Bojack: My point is I don't understand how people live, Its amazing to me that people can wake up every morning and say "Yeah, another day, let's do it." How do people do it? I don't know how.
Princess Carolyn: Yaaaaay! *nervous claping*
Well said
I feel like hes healing as am I. Like were both figuring this shit out. this year was a positive turn for me, i hope next season will let bojack let go of some of his self loathing and heal as well. My theory for the show is eventually he'll become an example to his friends (Diane, PC, Mr.Pb, Todd, etc.) and they will all find some form of happiness even thou that might be different for each of them.
- I'm tired of running in circles.
- Yes, and...
" In this terrifying world, all we have are the connections that we make.''
Bojack is some heavy philosophical shit !
You are Secretariat
We all are.
Fuju Fruit Why was that reported as spam!?! XD
MrElwood2 A good but poignant statement... Im now emotionally confused again, thanks BJ Horseman :D
I should write this on my mirror in the bathroom.
I already know more people will show up because of the show, so before they all arrive, I'd like to say that this was a perfect prelude to the most spectacular crash and burn I've ever seen in a television series. I'm glad I found this piece of music, it's beautiful.
Well yea is that a bad thing ?
Asgard314 to right
That episode was a great ending to that show, you really could stop there if you want a happy ending. But that's not what that show is. That show is about realism. And life is usually shitty to people.
Life and Gaming what show? bojack?
Life and Gaming what show? bojack?
Damn Bojack Hoseman turned out to be a lot heavier than I thought.
"Then, when was the last time you were happy ?"
That hits hard
I started crying when the episode ended. What a beautiful song. There are some real artists out there. Thank you all. We are all sad but we are in this dumbshit together.
I will be forever thankful to an alcoholic narcissistic horse for the gift of Kevin Morby in to my life. This song is all the different shades of beautiful.
This is my last week before rehab, bojack horseman's story made me go. It made me realise that i am not doomed to be the shitty person that i've always been. I still know that there's a real posibility of me coming back and being the same person, just sober.
The reason why i relate to Bojack personally is becouse he is literally the same as me. As much as He is a horse, i am a man
How r u doing now buddy ?
Keep at it brother
You got this dude, keep it up!
Congratulations, you're amazing ❤️
My friend, who I have never met. I hope your rehab went well, that you reconnected with the person you were before, and that you are now healthier, happier and in control.
I hope that you have found peace, new strength, and love for yourself and for those around you.
I hope you are doing well. Even though we will never meet, I wish the very best for you. Take good care. X
Loved this piece on Bojack, I had to Shazam it.
same, now I have one of my favorite songs of all time
Searched the Spotify soundtrack
i just tiped the lyrics in google, you guys are kinda dense, i'm not even english :')
+much wow you're cool, dude
XD
Who else cried? Great song.
Anyone come here because of Bojack only to realize that this is a fantastic song in its own right?
Guilty
I heard two Kevin Morby albums because of BoJack. He sorta sounds like a mix of Dylan, Cohen and some band I can't quite name...
Probably David Bowie's instrumentals
Nay mate. I came here because of my good taste in music
bubbalover71 THAT'S WHERE I'VE HEARD THIS SONG BEFORE
This serie is fucking awesome and hilarious but it is so damn depressing sometimes. This is why I love it so much
In college I had a partner who died of a disease (meningitis),
I had just seen the chapter of Bojack and this song appeared.
I cried and listened to this song so many times and whenever
I listen to or read this part I remember his funeral or the times
my friends went to the hospital.
"All my friends were there
Waiting on me
All the glory was there
Waiting on me
And I was there
Waiting on me "
It is so hard to move on when you lose a mate.
This year my friends and I graduated
.
We always knew how much you loved your career, your family and friends
We will always remember you Marcelo, rest in peace
(Sorry for the English)
I feel you bro...btw Don't be sorry, don't make language a barrier✌️

This looks like it's gonna be a horse of a parade. Do you get my joke? Because horses like parades. I am a horse. Do you get my joke? Do you get it?
Cole Mileaf should i write you back that i get it ;)
lmao
The only thing we’ll be getting is our money back.
HEY are you the Horse from Horsing Around!?
@@-drippin4167 bro damn....lol
My favorite song to cry to
+Evan Brown Don't cry Jim Harbaugh's back in town ;)
If you come to find out who you are
May you find out, may you find out who you are
And if you come to search for what is lost
Then may you find it, may you find it at any cost
And if you come over from far
May it not touch you or ever do you harm
And if you come oh so soft
You may look up one day and you'll be hard
If I were to die today
Slaughtered in that masquerade
The last thing that you'd hear me say
Put my body on display
In the parade
Passing slowly through the town
My feet, they can not touch the ground
Of the parade
All of my friends were there
Waiting on me
All the glory was there
Waiting on me
And I was there
Waiting on me
I have come, I will go
Just to stay in
If I were to die today
Puppet in that great charade
The last thing that you'd hear me say
Is bury me in different shapes
Of the parade
Passing slowly through the town
My feet, they can not touch the ground
Go now, you'll go but oh just how
Never leave this, never leave this town
lolol iunno man, i find bojack is a pretty good representation of capitalist society and the face of modern nihilism/existential horror and what it brings a person to ie seek fame/become famous, get addicted to drugs, lose yourself in the social game, let people abuse you/abuse people.
Spanish Inquisition Thanks
The last thüng that you have hear me say
I wasn't expecting you

Words that were uttered once, give yearsago, but never before or after in history.
The only time I cried while watching a cartoon
The music in Bojack Horseman is so on point. From the original score to the licensed music, it's all so perfect.
_When was the last time you were actually happy?_
Damn, what a question...
"Well, when's the last time you were actually happy?"
Your Deer friend Charlotte :(
The Episode escape from LA was so sad :(
I felt like I had to throw up because of the tension in the end. rewatched it tons of times of course. for me its the climax of the series so far. Bojack screws uo more than any time else
"Shut up, Todd" damn i love this show, can't wait for season 3
Damn it bojack I watch your show to laugh not be depressed ;_;
This song is amazing tho so thanks for that
+ᵛᵃᶰ ʰᵒʸᵗᶫ True dat.
That's not a show to laugh... wtf
I think you need to find a different show
Such a Zoe
Found this song watching Good doctor.
Sensibile and atmospheric song, describes our melancholic times we live in.
This came on shuffle when I was walking and I will never forget how this older man crossing the street stared into my eyes as I was approaching. I must have been in a trance, and he looked deep into my soul and without saying a word, I felt something tangible and strange, but it was a comforting moment.
Love those moments. I’m having one right now. Everything slowed down. Feeling alive for a change. Happy for you.
I am still listening this in 2019 when I am down, since firstly heard it in a show about a depressed alcoholic horse
When's the last time you were actually happy?
This simple question hit me like a truck
Now I'm sitting here with tears streaming down.
That's exactly the feeling I had! I stood paralysed after hearing this and realised I really need to make some changes!
I always listened to this when i feel like unliving from my disability, I am listening to it again.
After watching the episode i sat down crying for 30 mins constantly replaying this song.
Am I the only one who thinks this sounds like Pink Floyd? If Pink Floyd were just starting out today from Brooklyn?
+RubyTuesday717 same here, it sounds a bit like Dave Gilmour style, like an "Us and Them" kind of vibe
+RubyTuesday717 "Is there anybody out there?"
yeah it's very gilmour-ish. Especially reminiscent of his (surprisingly fantastic) solo work.
I get a cross between Dylan, Lou Reed, and Pink Floyd. Either way. This is a great song!
Another great song from the good doctor
Reading through the comments, I think it's safe to say you made a wise move with your song feature in BoJack Horseman. I have that show to thank for introducing me to this song, and initially this whole album, which is amazing. I encourage everyone to listen through it. Very relatable, very beautiful.
The moment when Todd finishes his improv scene and everyone is cheering and he looks for Bojack in the two seats he has reserved for him and he isn't there. The look on Todd's face destroyed me. This show is one of the best I've ever watched.
I used to listen to this song when I was filled with sadness, smoking cigarettes and watching through windows the quiet street at night. Then after I heard the tune of it in Bojack I was so surprised and paralyzed.
Your Deer Friend.
I'm thinking of smothering you in a pillow. This is why you don't do horrible puns because 9 in 10 people are thinking the exact same thing.
+Eh, Canadian Gamer it's a reference to BJH
TadhgMan7 TM Don't care. There are puns in Bojack Horseman, but it's not the majority of the jokes.
Reminds me of a good scene in BoJack Horseman (paraphrased for you)
Mr. Peanutbutter: We're calling the show, Mr. Peanutbutter and Jelly; it's wordplay!
BoJack: You may have too forgiving a definition of the word wordplay
Mr. Peanutbutter: It's a working title.
BoJack: WELLLL it could be working HARDER. And that, is wordplay.
sounds like someone took the fun molecules out of your childhood
@@EhCanadianGamer 5 years later, i'm laughing at your comment even harder because it would save me time from doing it myself. Canadian hospitality is amazing :)
Wanda: What happened, BoJack?
BoJack: Same thing that always happens. You dint know me. Then you fell in love with me. And now you know me.
Wanda: You know it's funny. When you look at somebody through rose colored glasses, all the red flags just look like flags
This song fit the mood on Bojack Horseman ... damn
Songs like these validate me. But I know that it's not healthy to dwell on them for too long 😩 Not as depressed as I used to be, I'm hitting the gym daily, healthy eating, drinking a lot less(barely) and I have a better outlook and self security.
But every now and then something happens that reminds me that I am me and that there's no cure for that. 🐴
Remember, you are not an absolute, you are an average. Keep doing the best you can for yourself every day. The low moments don't define you.
It was way too hard to find this incredible song
I used shazam found it instantly
Let's Play Lukus I thought it was going to be so hard, i was getting ready for a long search then BAM it came up on "bojackhorseman season 2 episode 10 ending song"
+John Campbell I usually google the lyrics, that's also a useful trick.
lsketch you know whats also a useful trick? stop eating so much mayonnaise
+John Campbell Mayonnaise from Siamese Dream. Great song.
it gets easier
Does it really?
bren kama Yes. It's like learning muscle memory - if you practise enough, eventually you can just do it without thinking. It takes a lot of work and perseverance, though.
+Guilherme Cunha Yes it gets easier.
It gets easier. Every day it gets a little easier. But you got to do it every day. That's the hard part. But it does get easier.
"Okay".
Thank you to the Good Doctor for introducing me to this fantastic song! (Season 3, Episode 13.)
Nicole Zeig I second that thought.
A perfect show is perfect up to the credits song. Thanks to the BoJack there gonna be quite a few people here. He's done one more good thing.
Kevin, and company, what you´ve done is present the real New York city. Thank you so much. The reality of our world, the beautiful music... my city. Our New York City.
This song is a true masterpiece. Very moving
I feel so empty :(
maybe is a good thing
white people on love with depression
i'm black.
smokinnplatez I'm brown.
I am blue
I started watching BoJack Horseman during a time when I was broken, and somehow the show dragged me deeper into my sadness, so I stopped because I didn't want to relate a self-destructive, alcoholic and selfish character. Three years later, I feel less depressed, and I started watching again from the begginning with a new goal: to learn from BoJack, so that I won't become like him.
It gets easier. You gotta do it everyday; that's the hard part. But it does get easier.
This man made me love a musician that isn't dead or over the 60's.
here I am. with a bottle of wine. listening one of the best songs aired in tv series. sad but accepted that
First time I heard this song in Bojack, though I'd heard Morby before that (Harlem River). Finished the show before half a year, but still listen to this song, without any flashbacks from the show. The song is great (the show too). The chorus is very sad and sometimes makes me want to cry a little lol. Also, loved the video. Morby loves NY
Oh Bojack :'(
My deer friend.
Antonio Díaz deer ? :v
No has visto la serie, verdad? :v
Antonio Díaz voy en el capítulo 10 de la 2da temporada... :) es genial
por eso vine a escuchar esta canción :'v

It's funny, when you're looking through rose-colored glasses, all the red flags just look like flags
This song reminds me somewhat of The Funeral by Band of Horses
“But it’s has to be more”
“Well when was it last time you was actually happy”
Bro that shit was deep
We're all Bojack, some of us can admit it, some of us that can admit it are also broken by it. Bojack it baby, July 22 for season 3!!!
Love how the good doctor brought up Parade to such a important issue. 😁💕
thank you chadwick boseman
Will Thompson underated comment
rip
He absolutely RUINED Daniel Radcliffe in that episode. That was beautiful to watch.
rewatching that episode recently… oof.
(in case anyone didn't already know, the real chadwick boseman died due to complications from colon cancer, about this time last year. he was 43 years old)

"You know, sometimes I feel like I was born with a leak, and any goodness I started with just slowly spilled out of me, and now it's all gone. And I'll never get it back in me. It's too late. Life is a series of closing doors, isn't it?" that poor horse(man)
I have been discovering great music, through Netflix, which otherwise I may not have come across ever.
Bojack brought me here. Again.
I have failed one too many pursuits of love. Each time it felt as if it was all that’ll ever matter. And it never was.
Somehow, that makes me want to go away, try a new city, escape this one, and try my luck at a better life. At a more willing mind.
A lot like Bojack running to New Mexico.
But I am as entrapped as I am entrapping.
It never seems to really end. Nor do I.
Anyhoo. Great song.

Such a sad song but it makes a lot of sense. That's troubling.
through rose tinted lenses, red flags just look like flags
why isn't this song on the radio?
Years have gone by since I've first heard this song in one my favourite shows. And I've been here time and again since then.
I would never think that a cartoon about a drunker horse would show me 2 of my favorite bands. I was wrong, and this cartoon is the best I've ever seen.
I can't thank Spotify's Discover Weekly enough.
Had to come back to the original song after Bojack ended. It was fitting for me to come back to the beginning of a show that would have such a profound impact on my life. Thanks Bojack.
“Life’s a bitch, but you keep on living”
After lot of years , we enjoy it
One of the best songs I've had the pleasure of hearing. It's so sad, and yet so happy at the same time.
This song makes me feel so sad and I love it.. It fits perfectly the scene of Bojack..
I can relate to it in a certain way ahahahah
I actually came here because of Mr. Roosevelt (2017) but didn't realize it was also part of BoJack Horseman's OST!! Man, that show is the best.
I heard this song during an advertisement on TV, I had totally forgotten about this song and had to find it once more.
Really great song, beautiful !
Damn you, Bojack Horseman... Legit had me tearing up at the end of that episode. Such a damn, good show, my God, man.
happy to see the comments filled w bojack horseman fans
"People of Earth" - This has a bit of "Only Living Boy in New York" feel to it. Good stuff!!
What I like about this music video is it seems like a normal day in the city with your friends. Food, traveling, taking in the sights. Good stuff.
