Great result. What are the two fabric layers ??? Is the light color a piece of felt ?

I'm sorry this was the second part of a video I did but it is on the subject of bobbin work. Below the video in the description there is a list of what you can use - some products are easier to find then others but there are 3 companies that make this product (Texture Magic by Superior, Stitch and Steam by Bosal or Heat and Shrink by Floriani). Also here is a link to a video on texturing with elastic in the bobbin czcams.com/video/wLqGH85Wc18/video.html

No this was a piece of fabric that looked like wool - it had Heat and Shrink stitched to the back side and it shrinks while the fashion fabric draws up.

    What materials have you used

Thank you for watching the video. I'm glad you asked that question. I used STITCH AND STEAM - by Bosal. There are several other brands on the market - RNK has one called HEAT AND SHRINK, superior threads has one called TEXTURE MAGIC.
Here is a link to the video I started before I went to shrinking the fabric (if you want to view it) it is explaining the fabric and shows how I got the stitching on it. czcams.com/video/fOdS44_Y044/video.html
