First you cannot compare Pakistan and India to begin with, but have different problems. In Pakistan Hindus are prosecuted, in India Muslim aim to make India a Muslim nation, Waqf board grabs everyone's land when they want. Muslims already have Muslim board, where if the waqf land dispute happens, only Muslim law applies on it. When we don't have a Hindu law board, why do we have Muslim law board, answer is simple Congress vote appeasement. Simply put, when the cause is Religious there ought to be a solution based on the characteristics of the issue. Right now, Hindus don't really have a defense by law, which can protect you from the muslim law board /waqf.
