Back when we actually knew what happiness was, we didn't have so much hatred & anger in our world, & people actually had a POSITIVE outlook on Life!! Lord, I miss those days!! If I could go back, there'd be a lot of people who wouldn't even be a part of my Life, which is good because they can't do anything but condemn you no matter what you say or do.
I sooo miss my childhood, I was born in the 80's, I grew up in the 90's and my childhood was awesome, Lots of friends playing in the streets, no much tv but a million ways to be entertained.

90s chick I think it's because Aqua was limited in what they could do in their music video due to the abundance of copyrighted material mentioned in the song. So they were limited to making themselves imitate those various things instead (which, in my opinion, they actually did an OK job of).
I was born in the late 60's but i was a a late teen in the 80's so i was old enough to absorb all of it and my heart still is about the 80's nothing compares. i was already seeing them at their hight, and i was 17 when my son was born in 1986. And this song is a replay of those years. For me. And amazingly AQUA put a decade in one song. And i remember all of it. AMAZING !!!!!!

Just to relieve the 80s is a dream. I am not a big fan of aqua but I do like this. Growing up in the 80s was awesome. TV shows cartoons game shows etc etc. I am now going to watch favorite TV show of the 80s Miami Vice while playing video killed the radio star.
