I am a living donor liver transplant (LDLT) donor for my father and we had gone through surgery in September 2012. From 2012 to 2016, I was living very normal and also play outdoor sports (cricket) occasionally. In July 2016, I lift about 35Kg (suitcase) weight and move this from the ground floor to the third floor of the building with stairs. From that time, I feel uncomfortable or little pain in my abdomen (around the area of transplant surgery cut). If I walk about 20 minutes, stay in a sitting or standing position for more than one hour then again I feel pain or uncomforted in my abdomen. I am using an abdominal support belt since that time but the pain is not getting better from 2016. I consult many times with physical therapist/orthopedics, but they say it's nothing but only muscular strain. Does It happen with any liver donor/recipient? What did they find its solution? Any valuable suggestions? Thank you

You should consult with a doctor that specializes in that area and get tests/scans, not physical therapists/orthopedics.

Can friend donate a liver for transplant or only family can?
Only family can
If they don't have family they don't have second chance at life
Yes they can donate if they have the same blood type
