Marcia need to loose her job because shes very unprofessional, im a home care person as well working for a very wealthy family and I keep myself very professional,once i get there i turn my phone volume off, and dont make calls there i dont act like there house is mine i do what i have to do and go home,i would never recommend marcia not even for a one day fill in much less months, my job is private also been here two years and they cant say anything bad about me only thing they can say is i dont want nothing from them,you would think ah me a the millionaire the way me full a pride😅 i make it clear to them im just here for my pay. Not even food i eat from them,You have to work professional regardless if its private or not! If she loose her job she will learn from her mistakes and do better next time.

Homelessness and unemployment in America especially for minorities are major problems and to date, no government has been able to truncate the problem.
